I really recommend Woodstep's services.
I recently bought an apartment and the floor needed to be sanded and oiled. I reached out to Woodstep through their chat on the website and the same day I had a clear offer and an appointment within less than a month. They were really nice and polite in answering all my doubts and questions in english! Excellent customer service skills.
The day before the appointment they confirmed the time and the guys arrived perfectly on time. I had no bad surprises with the final bill or unexpected charges, everything very transparent. The guys were very professional, with great attention to details and I am very happy with the final result, it looks like a new floor.

Contracting: top communication, immediate availability and reasonable price.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience
Woodstep was hired to sand and oil an old bamboo floor and a brand new bamboo floor. The old floor has many spots where they didnt sand and oil it well while the brand new floor had to be sanded 3(!!!!) times and the result is unacceptable.
They also accidentally sanded the bedroom floor which was not to be worked on... Total damage done is more than 800 euros and i paid them around 1000 euros.
They promised to compensate financially, but in the end they sent me some floor transitions and and oil can that according to them they are all worth 500+ euros.
I am currently filling an official complaint with De Geschillencommissie.
Summary: They do not know how to work with bamboo floors and they are unreliable.
