Poor effort
The company never answers their phone which is half the problem. They don't always return phone calls which is really frustrating. I did say this to them. Never received an apology as they wouldn't own up to their mistakes. Estate agents should be working for their client and making an effort. They made no effort to answer calls or even make the odd phone call to their clients. Small local company which you would expect much better service. They obviously don't want to sell houses and they always made a poor effort.
