J’ai rencontré un problème technique suite à ma commande chez WOOJER, et c’est précisément là que l’on voit la vraie valeur d’une entreprise.

Le support technique, assuré par Luna, a été d’une réactivité, d’une clarté et d’un professionnalisme remarquables. Les instructions étaient précises, accessibles, et mon problème a été résolu en quelques minutes seulement. Aucune approximation, aucune perte de temps. Juste de l’efficacité, de la compétence et une vraie considération pour le client.

Extremely happy with my purchase. Had a little trouble connecting to Bluetooth because I was trying to use echo dot then realized it’s so much better with headphones and that’s how I’ll be using it from now on. Beautifully made. Shipping was very slow but arrived perfect.

I love listening to music and I have a good pair of headphones for that. I then got the strap v3 and using the two together is the best possible thing I could have asked for. The latency adjuster option is really good for Bluetooth connections and so overall, I give it five stars

I love the haptic sensaiton, it makes my hairs stand on end, and I can zone out and let my axietys go as the music blairs. Its also fun for gaming, horror games with their creepy enviromental music designs just make this thing feel crazy!

I’ve had the Woojer mat for a little over a month and it’s the favorite thing I own and best part of my day. It’s priced reasonably well, made of good quality and is an absolute pleasure!

I purchased the Woojer MAT for use in a massage therapy and wellness setting, and it has quickly become one of my favorite tools for helping clients settle their nervous systems and drop into deeper relaxation.

The experience is immediate. The MAT is powerful, immersive, and intuitive to use. In sessions, it functions like a bridge between music and the body: clients don’t just hear the sound, they feel it. On higher settings, the vibration can feel almost massage-like, sandwiching the clients with therapeutic work.

A couple of honest notes: I do hope Woojer keeps expanding the in-app content library, since it can feel limited or repetitive over time. I’ve also seen other users mention occasional Bluetooth issues, though the overall flexibility of routing audio into the MAT is still a win.

My biggest “hope for what’s next” is about professional and creator use. The MAT already supports multiple connection options (Bluetooth, USB-C, AUX). I would love to see Woojer take the next step into clinic and studio workflows, including options that support wearable MIDI and Ableton Live integration. Even something as simple as a creator mode that allows vibration intensity to be controlled via MIDI CC, OSC, or a Max for Live device would open huge possibilities for therapeutic sound design and live-guided experiences.

Well built, does what it says, highly recommend

The woojer vest (3, I think) feels great and adds a lot to my overall gaming experience. I love using it with electronic music too, it feels like clubbing.

I have the Woojer mat and love it…mostly. I contacted customer service with an issue that the mat was shutting down after only 30 mins or less of use and they promptly responded with instructions to remedy the issue which did help. The only issue now is the mat tends to overheat after an hour of moderate use and the haptic response dulls a bit after about 30 mins. I trust they will remedy the issue.

The delivery of the Woojer mat was exactly on time as estimated. Communication was great and the product and app track quality is amazing. Set up was easy enough, and the variety of the tracks on the app is vast. I have favourites that I can save and it makes the experience so personalised. Love the mat so much, thank you.
