The bag is great, i get more in it than i do in my hard shell luggage.
Pants stay neat, very well thought through!

The bag I have purchased impressed me with its quality - but what impressed me more from Wool and Oak has been their customer service-
I have gifted the bag, and purchased one for myself- and I will continue using the bag to travel and looking for more as the company grows

Received the order from UPS in just a few days. It's exactly as pictured. Everything works fine and there are no flaws in the leather. Perfect size for carry on. Hesitated on buying because of the price but it's high quality. My wife has now ordered one as well.

I placed my order for the Nova chocolate bag late in the evening- and two days later, it delivered to my door! My selection was not expedited- however I do live in Southern California, and the Nova shipped from LA County. Prior to receiving the bag I emailed Wool and Oak regarding the expected delivery. They responded almost immediately! The Nova bag is just as beautiful as it looks on Instagram. Excellent bag, excellent experience! Bravo to Wool and Oak

I have ordered from this company before however when i ordered a back pack that i never even opened and wanted to return it as it was not needed they told me i had surpassed the 14 day window (by a couple of days) i explained that it was shipped to my address in Florida and i was away for two weeks so did not receive until o went back. they stated they will never make an exception. i am appalled and will donate to charity however i have never encountered more rigid customer service from any store or website i have bought from. this is not a good company to purchase anything from

They handled my problem with outstanding Customer Service when I had an issue. I was amazed at how attentive they were. Highly recommended product, I love the versatility of the luggage

I really like the quality and design of these products and therefore I’m happy to pay the price for this level of quality.

They are such usable and functional pieces of luggage.
Travelling is tough enough, without the trials and tribulations of lost luggage, creased clothing made worse by other makes of hand luggage with their tiny slots for openings and shoddy fasteners.

I have spent many years travelling, working overseas and have always been on the lookout for the perfect luggage set. Big enough for a week or so, yet small enough to keep in hand, avoiding the dreaded airport baggage roulette.

These fit the bill.

Easy to pack, compliant with airline carry on limits and they just seem to get better with age.

I looked for weeks for new luggage upgrades before a big trip. I tried several brands and ultimately am very glad I went with the Nova bag from Wool & Oak! It's very well engineered and definitely not a "throw everything in a duffle" kind of bag. If you use it properly, ie take advantage of the garment capabilities and packing cubes, it holds a remarkable amount of cargo. It took me a couple tries to get it right and I successfully packed for a 10-day trip overseas. I'm very happy with it all in all.

I got the Carry-on in Chocolate. Super Rich looking. The thing that sold me on this bag is the outside pockets hold everything I need to have access to while on an airplane ride, without having to go into the inside portion of the bag. There is an outside pocket on one side that holds a regular sized Ipad, and the pockets on the other side hold passports, phones etc... so that you have access to the things you need. The customer service is amazing. I asked SO MANY questions. If you need to know anything about these bags (pocket sizes, when a color will be in stock, etc...) just email their customer service and they will answer all your questions. I'm talking OLD TIMEY customer service and communications like it's supposed to be. These people really care about their customers and their products.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company and my luggage is. I needed to help with a discount code and it was addressed very quickly and the customer service person Zander was most helpful. Customer Service is actually top-notch. He stayed in touch with me all throughout the ordering, shipping process. It was shipped and delivered very quickly. This bag is absolutely gorgeous. I was very hesitant to spend so much money and I don’t know why I even paused. It’s genius really and I’ve been traveling quite a bit lately so I’m very eager to use it. I got the matching packing cubes. I’ve used packing cubes for sometime because they help everything stay organized, but these are so much better. It was delivered beautifully packaged in a flat box and I immediately took the tissue paper off all the hardware zipped it up and put it together. Tried it out with some clothes and I couldn’t be more excited. This is a wonderful company and as soon as the small duffel comes available in sand, which customer service informed should be within a few weeks, I intend to purchase that as well. You can not go wrong with this bag.

High quality well designed product with the durability for someone who has frequent business travel. Fits nicely in overhead with durability to check if needed. Even better is their amazing customer service! Responsive helpful and efficient!!! This is my go to gift for friends family and clients.

I have purchased an average of 5 suitcases per year for the last 15 years of high frequency business travel in search of a carry-on that would accomplish HALF of what my new NOVA garment/duffle does. I am so happy I have already bought two more for family members and recommended it to multiple strangers. The quality is superb, and everything has a place with unmatched flexibility.

By far the person who made this experience five star worthy and smoothless was Zander. I had a question about the weight of various items and a restock in a color I wanted. Zander provided a very thorough response with all the info I needed. Am very impressed with the customer service of this company.

I selected a five star rating and I haven't purchased anything! The service prior to my purchase is next level! I wish all of my shopping could be this inclusive, professional and attentive. Other retails should take notice of how Wook & Oak treat people before they become clients. Will follow up with a product review once the midnight color is available!!

I absolutely love the quality and structure of Wool and Oak Luggage. I have the Large Duffle and the Backpack and it makes the perfect travel duo. Stylish but very practical in size especially for Air travel.

I have been a customer of Wool and Oaks for a least a year. I have purchased most of their products the Nova, the Duffle Suitcase, the Wings; the Toto and the Porto (I travel frequently for business). You don’t really learn about a company’s customer service when you are purchasing a product or when things are going good, you learn about it when there is a problem. I recently had a problem wjth a zipper on my Duffle. Their customer service was simply outstanding. They responded promptly, they followed up regularly and quickly, even at their own initiative to check in and make sure I was informed about next steps or just to see if I had any questions or needed additional help. That is highly unusual these days and truly appreciated. My proble was quickly and easily resolved to my satisfaction. I am extremely happy with their products and to be their customer.

I bought the duffle suitcase first, used it for a three day business trip and was honestly so impressed - it’s the most practical piece of luggage, and it looks elegant! I then chatted with customer service as I really wanted the Nova carry on in addition, so that I could do longer trips with just carry on luggage (and wrinkle free clothes), but needed it quickly. Such a stress free process! Got my bag, received a follow up email to ask if there is anything else I need, and I can’t say enough about the quality of the leather! I was on a full flight and the overhead bins got loaded tightly -not a single scratch! The best luggage I’ve ever owned (and I tried it all, including Tumi).
