Un workcenter que cobra 1,20€ por imprimir una sola página. De verdad?? Vaya robo!

I ordered a personalised magazine and didn't receive it. I ordered it last week, on the 2nd of February to be exact. On Friday, since I noticed that I hadn't received anything related to my magazine, I opened the tracker and saw that it was already supposedly delivered, when in reality I didn't have my package. I tried calling Workcenter, multiple times on different days and different hours, but to no end: not once did someone pick up. I also wrote them an email and had a conversation with an employee, who was not at all useful. I have yet to know where my package is, and I don't know if I'll even get my money back. So disappointing.

Ordered 25 photos we had on our laptop of our dog that had just died, uploaded them, paid and submitted. Arrived quite quickly but every photo was cropped or cut off, terrible pictures and we will now find someone else to do a proper job. I don't even want to give them one star!

I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I placed an online order around 11 a.m. — their website says prints are ready within 15 minutes to 2 hours — but when I arrived over 3 hours later, not only was my order not ready, it had been printed on the wrong paper size.

Because of their mistake, I ended up late to my university presentation, and despite paying €36, I received the wrong product. I sent a detailed email requesting a refund and never even got the decency of a reply.

For the price, you’d expect reliability and convenience, but that clearly isn’t the case. If you’re an architecture student or anyone working under a deadline, you’re honestly better off printing or plotting directly at your university — at least you’ll get your work on time.

I made the mistake of sending an image that was not suitable for the size I wanted. The poster was produced but was blurry and I was not made aware until it had been shipped. However, I messaged and dealt with Gema who was fantastic and repeated my order with a better image free of charge. I found Workcenter to be understanding and helpful to their customers and I would recommend using them. Thank you Gema!

Fast efficient and excellent products

How to ruin an experience… I ordered two frame two pics for a birthday party. The website highlights it takes 24h. Once I go to the store they told me the 24h is what it takes to produce it, and then bring it to the store you select to pickup. What Worcenter does not say it takes 48 o whaterver it takes to make it ready-to-pick at the selected store. Thank you for ruining my experience with you.

I ordered two printing photos 2 years ago. And finally when i leave Spain i found it is still producing.
And i ask for a renfund, Sandra told me it cannot be refund because it's over 30 days.
So just wait for 30 days it's all done, right? Even without making the product?

I ordered two canvas prints from Workcenter.es and they arrived within two days, very well packaged and very quickly. The quality of the canvas prints is excellent and will use again in the future.
