Quick and easy ordering. Bought as a gift so am hoping they will like it.

Said it was 48 hr delivery, took 5 days.

Also returns process is painful. Downloading a PDF, printing and handwriting it is antiquated.

I really like Working Class Heroes. There’s a nice not too big mix of quality heard wearing well made and interesting things. The last rucksack I bought has lasted 8 years and still going! But I treated myself to another this month and I love it. I also enjoyed the cheeky 50% off bonus and got a lovely wool hat. Sent fast, packed well. Highly recommend. Thankyou!

Great price and prompt delivery

I was slightly worried that the trainers i had my eye on were cheaper here than anywhere else. But the end to end service was great. My trainers arrived quickly, are even more beautiful than the photo and I love them! Have already recommended WCH to friends

Returned a jumper and I only knew they received it on 12/2/26 as I used Royal Mail app to track it. I emailed days later to double check they had it as they had not emailed me notifying of this. I received a reply from an Ellysha Porter stating it is difficult for them to know if they have received individual items as they come in large bags with other orders. She advised to wait 7-10 working days for a refund. I received an email on 26/2/26 advising they have processed my refund but that it may take another 3 working days for it to reach my account. Still waiting for my refund. Very poor customer service not knowing where individual return items are and waiting this long for a refund. Not great for a website as big as Working Class Heroes.

My order came out nice and fast but the wheel fell off when i returned my item for a refund. It took the store 18 days to refund back to me card from the point my item arrived back with them. In this day and age 18 days is just way to long to pay my money back. I should have read the reviews on here beforehand. Even by working days they might hide behind it was still 14...

I was able to get the specific jacket I was looking for, the right size and caught a good discount on it too. Fast, safe tracked delivery. Many thanks.

Went first thing on a Saturday to buy a jacket which is listed in stock on their website, baring in mind I travelled from Manchester to Ulverston. Only to be told it’s in a warehouse which is locked? Complete was of time and petrol, cheers guys!

The products were really good as always but I could not get the offer code to work on the deadline day of purchase - that chat bot was AI. I went ahead anyway hoping I could get the discount off a future purchase. But I didnt get any useful help off customer service afterwards. Maybe I am naive but this is where online shopping falls down.
