It spilled? Leaked? Or covered in something else
I dont know how it is possible but when my product arrived the whole container was covered in lube and sticky. After removing the lid there was even more in-between the lid and safety lid? I didn't find any holes or noticeable spots where the product could have came out from the package but man was it all over. The packaging box, the wrapping and the product had some form of lubricant all over, but otherwise completely sealed from any getting outside of the jar itself.
