The lady that attended to me, Catherine she has a listen ears, attentive and very helpful. She explained everything to me to understand how to go about my ticket.

1 Star – ⚠️Avoid if possible⚠️

Our Emirates flights were cancelled due to the conflict, and when World Pinoy Flights processed our refund, their agent, Selina, sent a breakdown showing deductions for “fuel tax” and “year tax” charges. When we questioned these deductions, we were simply told there was nothing they could do.

Concerned, we contacted Emirates directly and were advised to be wary of agent-imposed charges. Despite raising a formal complaint, we received no satisfactory explanation or resolution.

To make matters worse, it took over three months to receive our refund, and these deductions were still taken. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and handling of our complaint left us extremely disappointed. I would advise others to carefully scrutinise any charges and refund deductions when dealing with this company.better still DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!

Ely was really helpful. She helped me in purchasing my ticket and answered my questions. She was friendly.

My experience with this travel agency has been utterly unacceptable and has demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers.

Despite being owed a legitimate refund, I have been forced to spend an unreasonable amount of time repeatedly chasing the company for updates. Communication has been consistently poor “wait lang sis” and every interaction has resulted in further delays, vague explanations, and no meaningful resolution.

A reputable business should handle refunds efficiently, transparently, and in accordance with its commitments. Instead, this agency has made an already frustrating situation significantly worse through incompetence and a complete failure to provide acceptable customer service.

I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise extreme caution before booking through this agency. If a problem arises and you require assistance or a refund, do not expect a prompt, professional, or customer-focused response.

Without question, this has been one of the most disappointing experiences I have had with any travel company.

Lexi the lady who dealt with our booking was very good and also very patient with our requests, going Manila to singapore return, with hotel and transfers, end June for 4 days, get stamp in my passport so can get permanent long stay in four years, so being British and living in phillipines with my wife of 30 yrs, booking through what's app by messages was a bit more difficult, so a big round of applause for Lexi very professional, have used world pinoy a few times now and will continue to use them, never had a bad experience with them.
