WorldSIM is my go to for international data plans

I have used WorldSIM for years to have data access while traveling internationally. Since my phone is usually carrier locked, I use a WorldSIM international sim card in a mobile WiFi unit. Data packages are reasonably priced compared to using the carrier’s international plans and their customer support is top notch.

WorldEmbarrassment Part 2

Following previous review, this is an update of the embarrassing saga of WorldSIM. Now we are at week 6 with SIM outage. After previous review I was suggested contact customer service. I did and the bunch of worthless teams suggested another idiotic, useless, ridiculous technical fix. As usual it didn’t work and now, they must go back to the famous NOC (Network Operation Centre) team. NOC should be composed of telecommunications experts with over 100 years of combined experience. Six weeks and they have not been able to resolve my problem, that is phone communication. They cannot probably even switch on their own phone without support. NOC = NON/NEVER OPERATING CENTRE.
Now also the daily online chat with customers is becoming a farse. All goes back to the NOC Team. Bunch of unprofessional liars.

They don't even deserve 1 star. They delayed service, not refunding my money for nearly 40 days, huge charges and low delivery and downtime.

Easy setup & great support

Very easy to set up. My WorldSim simcard has worked in S.E. Asia and in Europe without any issues. I have also used the online Chat to resolve queries, and that has worked very well - quick responses, and easy to understand. I would strongly recommend WorldSim.

I had a great experience with WorldSIM. The support team was very helpful and responsive, and setting up my UK eSIM was smooth and fast. I also appreciate the bonus US number for calls. Overall, a reliable and convenient solution for international mobile connectivity. Highly recommended!

I ordered a data-only eSIM for Saudi…

I ordered a data-only eSIM for Saudi Arabia so I would have peace of mind upon arrival. Unfortunately, it did not work at all. Instead of providing peace of mind, it caused frustration. I contacted customer service, and they suggested some settings, but it still did not work. I then emailed them on 13 February requesting a refund, but I have not received any response yet.

I will not recommend esim for any one its scam .
I recieved reply from them , they asked me to share the screen shot of my setting , I already have done with them in live chat and follow there instruction but it didn't work , then I bought physical sim from Saudi Arabia and used , I went there for 10 days now I am back to my home , during my stay in Saudi Arabia this e sim never worked , I demand refund from them , they should refund and solve the problem, now what is use of asking the setting again and again, its waste of time .
