Scam Company
We flew from Italy for the LNY fireworks display and we have not received any tickets.
We have been trying to contact the support service by email, whatsapp, landline phone, we left a vocal message as required but no reply at all.
We are obviously speaking of a non-professional company which can be easily classified scam if this is the attitude to the customer. I hope someone can start an enquiry into this company.
Don't trust them.
Update 05.01.2025 Luckily the tickets for the fireworks have been refunded but my opinion about the company does not change . Unfortunately we still spent a lot of money for flights and accommodation to stay in London for our firework experience which never happened.

Absolutely garbage customer care service.Travelled from Italy to London to celebrate nye.We bought tickets for the fireworks display.No tickets and no answer to our messages,emails and phone calls.Scam artists.Do not buy tickets from this company!!

Not a great service so far
