Biggest mistake ever

Biggest mistake ever! I will never buy another WORX product again. The electric weedeater is a piece of junk. I spend more time pulling out the line than I do actually weedeating! I was going to toss the unit and it is only a couple months old but decided to order the FREE spools for life. I am now waiting on the spools that have been lost by FedEX. I contacted worx customer service and tech said that she was restricted to replace the lost spools due to policy until 10 days after the item is reported to them as lost. Not a happy camper with product or company policy.

Landroid working badly

I have had a Worx Landroid M500 for 3 years. It works but not well. On average I have to intervene on every 2nd or 3rd cut. It gets stuck when doing cut-to-border where grass is 2 cm higher than tiles. I then have to hammer down the lawn with a large cobble-stone. Due to its body being low it occasionally also gets stuck in the lawn where it has a small depression. It has trouble turning around most corners, and digs holes in these places. I then have to fill up the holes with pebble stones. Also gets stuck on trampoline foot, where its program for getting out seem immature. Wheels have too poor grip, and sometimes looses grip when grass is wet, digs a hole in wet earth. Other problems: would over-shoot base station if the metal plates are not cleaned. The large red stop button is prone to get stuck in a constant-stop mode. I have to pluck it on one side, to get it out of this stop-mode. Occasionally it stops for no reason in the middle of the lawn. I suspect a bumpy lawn can trigger the stop button. Now the 20V power supply stopped working, and a new one costs 730 DKK (incl freight), where a similar rated laptop supply costs 180 DKK. I advised a family member from buying a Landroid, but he went on anyway and bought it, and is now also not happy about the purchase. My neighbor has a Husqvarna which seem to work more reliable.

Damn liars and thieves bought a blower

Damn liars and thieves bought a blower, Vacum and mulched back in 2019 and the first time I used it both of the bags busted I called customer service and was told they were out of stock on the bags but would send me 2new bags as soon as they got them in.didn’t get them so called back and was told still hadn’t gotten any bags in but again would send as soon as received I called again today and was told they would sell me some more bags but refused to honor the replacement. Don’t waste your money they don’t stand behind there product or there word.

I purchased a little blower for my pc

I purchased a little blower for my pc. It doesn't come with any way to charge it. It has a built in battery but you have to buy a superfluous battery, battery charger and a separate hub. What an absolute waste of money and a rip off. They should at least provide a way to connect your device without spending 3x more to be able to charge it. Well never again. Once bitten, twice shy. I will try an off brand product before giving these shysters my money.

I am 75-years old and my husband is disabled. We have a small farm that I have to maintain. I have almost every tool Worx makes and I am totally happy with all of them. Every tool is easy to use, sturdy, reliable, lightweight, and easy to maintain. The quality, price, manuals, delivery, packaging and startup are superb. I have a whole wall in my garage filled with Worx tools. They are AWESOME!!!

I purchased a 14 in chainsaw

I purchased a 14 in chainsaw. I cleared lowes out of their stock of 9 as everyone of them spewed bar oil. 6 of them leaked like a faucet. The excuse dry rotted lines unopened brand new!? I think the names meant to be a oxy moron. You can buy cheap an it still works...just not worx. 2 years an still haven't heard from customer service. But I also don't see the brand in any decent store. I can provide receipts for all the swaps and then reimbursement of the final stock item in the form of lowes credit with an apology. But again here in the North they stopped selling them. Guess we work to hard :)

Worx is garbage; save your money!

Bought a Worx brand trimmer 4 years ago. Was unimpressed at performance overall, but for an electric single string, it was ok. After 1 season, parts started falling off and disintegrated with normal use, quite dangerously flying out from the unit. They called it normal wear and tear and don’t cover it. Second year, battery life depleted, more broken parts. 3rd year, can’t finish trimming a single 1/3rd acre property. 4th year: battery has 10-15 minutes of life and the string won’t stop advancing. No warranty after 1 year, no offer to repair or remedy. Nothing. $200 down the tubes. By comparison, a $150 gas trimmer lasted 20 yrs, with minor costs in air filter and spark plug every couple of years. Battery isn’t truly cleaner, bc the power we buy isn’t from clean sources, so zero advantage, less power, more headache and less value in lifetime. Steer clear- Worx is garbage. Got the pole chainsaw too- rattles apart with use and too heavy to be safely useful at any length. This brand is junk.

I have a lot of WORX tools

I have the worx pole saw, chain saw, power washer and did have the switch driver drill. Yes the drill was bought more than 5 years ago however you would think itwould last longer. When I called customer service all they would do was give me credit for a new drill. Ugh, no. I can go to other places and buy one that will last. I'm very disappointed.

Bought this Worx Weep Whip in 2021 Worx Dosen't Work

Bought this Worx Weep Whip in 2021. After having this Worx weed whip for about a week the battery won't take a charge. I called them they sent me a new one. Now the following summer of 2022 I needed to charge the battery up again and the battery charger Won't Charge the new Battery that I got for a replacement.
Not to happy that I got to get a replacement battery charger now to use my Worxs Weed Whip. So I went and bought a new gas powered weed whip. Save yourself money buy another name brand, Worxs DOSEN'T Work :(

Fantastic highly recommend

I just purchased, the hydroshot portable pressure washer, the 40 v lawnmower, hedge trimmer, strimmer , blower and just ordered the 10 inch chainsaw. I am so impressed with these products. I got tired of dragging cables around. So gone all out. Lawnmower, no problem on high grass 2 feet. Hedge trimmer, light easy to use. Very quite. Blower, total fun. I got the bigger version. The pressure washer. 320 psi. Does the job. Didn't use allot of battery power. First large bucket of water. Didn't finish as it started to rain. Looking forward to washer my car tomorrow 🙂. The products are great. Making gardening easier. Thanks Worxs. Amanda

First of all thank you for the amazing…

First of all thank you for the amazing range of power share cordless tools and can't wait to see what is coming soon. Secondly people are complaining about the battery life if you are comparing them to the most expensive top of the range tools then what you are getting from worx is the best cordless tool on the market for the best price. I personally don't have any problems with them in my joinery workshop or out on site work secondly one of the best service teams to deal with fast and there technical department is always on the ball well done guys 👍

TOTALLY CRAP TOOLS

I received a Worx hammer drill as a present. Used it a few times (still looks like new). On/off speed controller switch would not work properly. Worx could not supply a new switch and would not consider a warranty claim because I had no proof of purchase. TOTALLY CRAP TOOL AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased a worx screwdriver

Purchased a worx screwdriver , brilliant little tool, had it about 4 years but now it will not work battery fully charged but press trigger work light comes on but driver is dead. Contacted Worx to send it back in for a non warranty repair and was told that they only repair in warranty tools and suggested I purchase a new one or find a local repairer, what terrible service I find I can buy a battery screwdriver 3 times on line for the price of one Worx screwdriver so go on line but one if it breaks throw it away and get another , cheers Len

Frustrating Registration

My feedback is about one issue. Happy with product so far. It was a replacement for another product which was much more flimsy, the Worx product is definitely more solid.
My frustration is product registration online. It's almost impossible to find your product to register, no order out of hundreds of products. An invoice number is required too.
