They sent different to what I ordered and won't return it has they only return faulty items, no customer service steer clear, wish I'd read reviews before purchasing

I ordered a basketball for my grandson on 5/18/2020 nothing I try the tracking number and tells me can’t find it. I have emailed them several times no response. So looks like I am out almost 50.00 this is a scam all they do is take your money. So beware before you order from this company if it’s even a company. Don’t know if it’s to late but I am going to get in touch with my bank about fraudulent charges. Maybe the state attorney general. This has to stop people being robbed. Yes that’s the way I feel. Again just stay away from this site safe you a lot of grief

I ordered a baseball 4 months ago and never received it. Can not get a refund or my package! I keep getting an automated email that they will look into it. This place is a rip off and I would NEVER order from there. They will steal your money!

Ordered the engraved basketball a month ago. Got 1 email stating that it had a tracking number that was not american. Can not find it anywhere to be tracked. This is for a birthday in week. No one will answer where it is, if it was sent but my account was surely charged!!! If I knew it was even coming I would be happy!

Ordered April 17th and still haven’t received the basketball. Tracking info only says shipped for weeks now! So frustrated! I don’t believe this is even a real company. Checking with my bank about fraudulent charges!!

I ordered 1 basketball and 1 football for my sons. They were supposed to arrive by Christmas. That didn't happen. The balls arrived mid January. I still couldn't give them to my boys because the football leaked and wouldn't stay inflated. I emailed support and sent a couple pics showing the ball was deflated. I was told to put it in water and send videos to prove what I was saying. Um, do they think I have time to play games after waiting so long for the balls to arrive? After several emails and no real help, I hit you tube. I ended up ordering fix a flat and now the ball is good to go! I can finally give the balls to my boys. I will never buy from this company again. Horrible support and don't stand behind their products. I had to spend an additional 17.00 to inflate the football. Terrible

Avoid this company like the plaque. I ordered an item after asking their customer service department if I would receive it before Christmas. I was assured I would. It showed up a week after Christmas. I sent numerous emails after seeing the item was just sitting there and had not been shipped. All I got was lame excuses. One was that it was coming from China. China? Why did they assure me Christmas delivery?? I do not want this product now because since it was too late for Christmas, we did something else. I’ve been fighting with them about a refund and after 3 weeks they relented but now want me to return it to someplace in Vietnam which will cost me about $100 for a $40 item. BS. It came to me from New Jersey!!

I ordered 4 footballs for my sons for Christmas presents I ordered on December 2 nd I have not received my order it is January 9th on Christmas day I have no gifts for my sons I have been emailing your company and getting no response I found the same thing at Amazon for $8.00 less and free shipping all I have heard from wowengraving that you would refund me the shipping cost and reorder if I don't get the footballs in 10 days I do not want to reorder I want my money back so I can order from somewhere else I am not happy with this company at all

I placed an order on November 9, 2019 in the amount of $140.20 for Footballs for my son, 2 grandsons and a Globe for my daughter in law for Christmas Gifts. Order #WE25285. I’ve sent multiple emails and have received excuses....Stuck in Customs (They say shipped out of USA), Wreck on 85, etc. Went to my bank today and they said if not received in a couple weeks filing a Fraud Charge against them. Do Not order from this company. I’m so disappointed in the service!!

What a farce. Nothing but excuses why my merchandise has not been delivered. Henry T from Wow even had the gall to write the following verbatim...
"there was just an accident happned on highway I-80 so there would be some certain congestion and delay of your order"

Save your money and sanity and stay away from this company.

I placed an order and was told it would be here before Christmas 3 emails later and I’m being told i have to wait for shipping info and it can take up to 21 days! These people are a sham; they take your hard earned money and lie about the shipping. I will be contacting the BBB. I do not recommend to anyone

Updates-

I never received my Order placed on November 26. They did respond to emails saying the ball is STuck in customs and has nothing to do with their company, although the tracking number they provided doesn't show that they sent it. Crock of crap that my kid won't get a Christmas present this year because I already spent the money on this non-existent ball. Id like a refund asap so I can buy her a gift....

I actually received it today 1/2/2020 and it is lovely. I wish I would have known it wouldn’t have arrived before Christmas. But it’s here and it’s as described.

This company is a sham, my friend ordered the engraved football for her son a month ago, no tracking number up until 2 days ago. This company is a joke, she asked to be fully refunded the amount of the item and all they did was refund the shipping what type of company does that? This company needs to be shut down and I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Be aware...not sure this is a ligit company. Ordered Christmas presents several weeks ago. Cannot get a response from the company on shipping plan after several email attempts. Tracking list a number but states package has not arrived at hub. Same message for 2 weeks. I see someone responds to these reviews...maybe you can be professional enough to up date me on order WE34633. So annoyed.

I ordered my son the football and my daughter the jewelry box, both were ordered on Nov28 and it’s Dec17 and I still haven’t received my items. Do not order from these people!! Don’t take my hard earned money and decide when u want to ship my stuff. I don’t even want da stuff. I want a refund. SCAMMERS

Placed an order 6 days ago as a gift for a child with a deceased mother for a Christmas present since his first Christmas without his mother and haven't heard anything about item being shipped out when it says it is shipped within 1-2 business days. Also paid for express shipping. Please advise of status for #WE36453 confirmed order or I will go to my bank to get refund and report on all social media sites about a scam. I hate not speaking to a person when it involves my money and this is such a sensitive situation!

My husband placed an order and haven't received a by response to an email to kbow where my package is. I also used the email on their page and irmt kicked back the messafmfe saying it was spam email

Placed an order almost a month ago and have not even received a tracking number! Please don’t waste your money. I would not recommend to buy from them. I am going to report them.
