Is it worthy it...?

I haven’t ordered from the website yet however I am looking forward to purchase some watches as presents for my parents and my boyfriends parents. The prices seem decent but I have my concerns whether they are real and will I be getting my order as I’ve seen some reviews where people say they never received their order (although they purchased other items not watches). I just want to reassure myself before spending houndrands on watches that I might not receive and not get a refund.
