I purchased a theme from this site, but the download link provides an empty zip file. I have reached out to their support team multiple times via email (as it is their only contact method) to request either a working file or a refund, but I have received no response at all.

It is extremely disappointing to pay for a product and receive nothing but a blank folder. Their lack of communication is unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly advise others to stay away until they fix their technical issues and start valuing their customers.

WP99 is a fraud company. Do not buy any products from their website. I spent ₹946 on a WordPress theme and an affiliate marketing plugin, but the file is not working. Instead of wasting money on these fraudsters, it's better to buy from the original source.

Support Yes There is no support. And Before purchasing the real product i want to check the GPL and how does it work. They never reply to any product support i get it all lifetime update ( Was curious about it ) but the site is now down i can acess the site and most of the products works well but the problem is its like a crack versions of the products.. not actual GPL..many product wont update or the additional files will show coroupted( Slider Revolution )note i am writing this when i checked the the site is down so i not able to download any of my purchases. I really wish this site to work as for me before puting my money in real purchaces best way to try the products.

Friends, I bought WordPress theme at Rs.706/- from WP99.in, after purchasing the theme is not working, theme is not even downloading, my experience with WP99.in was very bad. Friends I would like to say this very useless website. There is no any support team to support or refund my amount. This is my suggestion pls don't buy the product from WP99.in. Thank you.
