Hapless & ruthless - avoid at all costs

My Daughter went to this school for two terms. I was first alarmed about the school when attending sports day in an extremely busy park (Wimbledon Park during the Wimbledon tennis event), during which I felt anxious that the staff and team did not have the school under control and that children seemed constantly on the verge of getting lost into an incredible crowd.

The teachers at this school must also have shared similar concerns over how it is run or the service that has been provided as all of the teachers that supported my Daughter's class have left at the end of this year.

I have moved and removed my Daughter from this school with three months notice and now the school is trying to charge me the fees for next term.

Communication with the account manager (Mr. O'Hanlon) was initially with my Wife but I had to get involved as the content was upsetting - derogatory and sexist.

We now face a battle over fees despite three months notice being given to this school over my Daughter moving institutions.

If they spent as much effort running the school as they do on extorting fees from parents, the school would be a much better place, I'm sure.
