Full and complete scam. There are never chat replies, and they keep charging your card without an option on your account to actually cancel. Chargeback = the only option.

100% a scam site, nothing works and the fake live support never respond when you ask for a refund!

Definitely stay away. Stay away if you don't want to be scammed. Because they do not behave as promised and the online support on the site is just an image. Indian scammers +91 8734 04509 . I will have chargeback and dispute transactions done soon. If they don't get paid, they can't scam anyone.

Disappointing service don't purchase it. Very pathetic support. I purchased a yearly plan to download some themes. Either themes or plugins whenever try to download it's showing file path changed and contact support to fix the issue. I mailed several times no response. they have a live chat it seems always away.

They charged the money and then it shows the file location has been changed it a complete fraud site running by some poor Indian think these guys are south cheap south Indian begger

Bought monthly subscription to download some prestashop addons, out of 6 pages of addons, could download only one, other addons links are broken, you get this message:
"File location is changed, If you are getting this message please send message using live chat, Issue will be fixed in 24 hours." and thats it, they dont write back through live chat or email, cant get a refund. It's a scam, dont throw away your money.
