Scam Definitely

Scam Definitely! Thankful that I checked on Trustpilot here and did some background checking as one of these letters came through! If you paid the government for your trademark registration via the government's official site, then you do not need to pay anyone anything else!

These kinds of companies scour the registrations and details not only from the TM site, but the landregistry gov site too etc and send out these scam letters.

This is a scam

This is a scam. We received an invoice for £985 from this company. There are minimal details regarding the company's name. The services are completely useless. Beware of receiving any invoices from this company - this appears to be a complete waste of money.

This is a scam

This is a scam. I have made a trademark application through proper government channels and this company has picked this up. They do say that their "registration" ,which cost £985, is not official (in the small print). So what is the point? Stick with proper government registration and avoid this at all costs

Scam company - Don't engage!

Scam company. They seek out businesses who have requested new trademarks and try and extort money out of them. The only fees a company should have to pay for a trademark is all done through the Gov.uk website. If you have McAfee, it shoudl flag the website as Risky!

Avoid at all costs.

Scammers don't pay them anything.

When your trademark becomes visible they contact you with a fake demand/invoice letter asking for nearly £1k. It's completely fabricated you don't need to pay them for anything. They've got nothing to do with the legal trademark. Furthermore they have an illegal website that does not fully have the business details or company number.

DO NOT PAY THEM

This is a scam company who sends you an (unsolicited) official looking letter asking for a ridiculous amount of money to put you on their private register. They have NOTHING to do with officially registering your trademark.

Trademark Scam

This company preys on businesses that are genuinely registering trademarks and sends them official looking letters, as if it were in connection with their trademark application, inviting them to sign a document and, in the small print, signing them up for one years subscription to a private register for £985 per trademark.

DO NOT ENTER IN ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS SHAMEFUL EMBARRASMENT OF A SCAM COMPANY
