COMPLETE SCAMMERS. Do not use these guys. They took my money and after 8 months of “promising” they have my part never delivered it. I am now dealing with fair trade to sort it out as they keep lying, I’ve never experienced anything like it. So draining. Boycott them if you can!
Speedy reply and organisation to pick up car. On meeting the tow truck driver he proceeded to inspect the car stating smoke was coming from the motor so could only pay $300 for car. I stuck to my guns and said I was told $700 so wasn’t accepting anything less. They were aware from start transmission needed replacing. He then tried to negotiate but I was not going to budge. Felt like I was in Bali bartering. So I suggest anyone going with this company stick to the original agreed price no matter what they will finally agree. After feeling this way I insisted on cash as didn’t trust the $$ would arrive into my account.
The company did not send the registration transfer information to VICRoads and I consequently had to deal with road tolls and fines and I had to go to VIC Roads myself.
Ordered and paid for my part with friendly helpful staff member.
Once they had my money though that service ended.
Several times was told my part was ready then not.
Spoke with several rude and arrogant staff members who blatantly lied.
Member Safian denied he sent me a text headed “Safian here” then told me to “stop talking” and “now listen to me”as I have the facts wrong.
Then told me I could pick up part from Laverton address but when i visited was told they knew nothing about this matter, etc, etc

People need to be aware of how they do business as they are not honest. I have a wrecking car and sold it to this company. I have talked to the stuff on phone, told them the engine is not working (I have told them exactly how’s the condition is - cylinder 4 has no compression) then we agree on a price of $400 - they will come to tow the car away and give $400 right away.
(I have another offer of $500 from other company but I have to manage to tow the car to their place. In order to save time, I decide to use their service.)
However, the tow truck driver came to the workshop where my car was sitting, then he moved my car to the street and said he has to do an inspection. What he had done is just open the engine bay and remove the engine oil cap to have a look for around 3 seconds then have a look of the bottom for around 3 seconds (I don’t think it’s a proper “inspection” and he could do this so called inspection at the workshop without towing my car to the street just to put me in a difficult situation so that I can agree with a lower price).
Then he said they can only give $250 as the engine is not working which is the thing that we have already discussed about and agree that they will pay $400 for this condition.
I am not happy with the way they do business so I ask the driver to tow it back to the workshop and I won’t sell it to them. Then, they offer me $300, but it’s not what I have expected and at the same time I don’t want to waste my time and need to get back to work soon so I offer $350 instead of the original price, then they agreed.
I want to share my experience after using their service so that people can aware of it and hopefully people can change the way of how they do business. The way they do it with me is to offer a price that they don’t intend to pay, then manage a tow car to come to your place then just find what ever reason to lower the amount they have agreed to. As I have already put in time and effort and have my own schedule, I was “forced” to agree with a lower price at the end.
Although it’s just $50 I’m losing at the end, I feel so bad regarding the dishonest way of how they do business and I think people who plan to use their services should aware of this.
Fraud Company. I will not recommend them as they promised me to pay $200 for my old car and when their driver show up he pays be $20 for my 2001 Toyota camelry which has a small damage near the door.
Sold my Toyota Camry to wrecky today. Got 800 for it cash on spot. Thanks Zack
