My experience with Wren has been a tale of two halves.

The sales and design experience was excellent. We visited the Guildford showroom and worked a designer who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the process. I cannot praise him enough through this process - Wren are lucky to have him. The showroom's TV pods kept our children entertained while we spent hours planning our dream kitchen and utility room. As a parent, they were a lifesaver, and I sincerely hope Wren keeps them (they are apparently planning to remove them.)

Before placing the order, we fortunately realised that some of the extra-large kitchen units would not fit our space, so amendments were needed. Unfortunately, while the original designer was away, the order was processed by the store manager without checking the detail thoroughly. As a result, the larder drawers we had specifically planned for were omitted from the order. By the time the mistake was discovered, it was too late to add them. While disappointing, Wren's customer service team handled the issue professionally and we moved forward.

Unfortunately, the experience since then has been far less positive.

We were waiting for a washer-dryer unit that had been showcased in the Guildford storeroom for months but, for reasons nobody could explain, had not entered production. After repeated chasing, it finally went into production and a delivery date was arranged. I took time off to wait for the delivery, only for it never to arrive. No communication was provided on the day to explain the delay or apologise for the inconvenience. Instead, I received an email the following day advising that delivery had been rescheduled for the next Monday. At this point, I have little confidence that it will arrive as promised.

To make matters worse, our builders assembled the built-in study units only to discover that Wren had supplied a door in the wrong colour. This suggests a lack of quality control within the production and fulfilment process. We are now trying to arrange a replacement, which will likely require yet another separate delivery date.

The most frustrating aspect of this experience has been the lack of attention to detail and the repeated need for us to chase issues and rearrange our schedules. While the design and showroom experience were excellent, the production, quality control, and delivery processes have fallen well below expectations for such a significant purchase.

Wren Kitchens is a SCAM. It has been a disaster in my experience.

The installation process was extremely frustrating. It did not take place on the agreed date, causing significant disruption and stress.

I also felt let down by the Home and Furniture Ombudsman process, which, in my view, did not adequately address my concerns.

Before choosing Wren, do your research, read customer reviews, and look at the experiences shared by other customers. If service standards do not improve, I believe the company risks damaging its reputation in the same way it has faced serious difficulties in the US market.

Ryan M arrived on time, was very polite, explained what he was going to do and answered our questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner.

I had some frustration with the process of getting queries dealt with including speaking to different people and repeating myself. Bethanie took total ownership of the issues and kept the communications clear and updated. She was honest and reliable and resolved the problems in a professional and caring manner.

Excellent service from start to finish. Our designer was incredibly helpful in the showroom and took the time to get everything perfect for our fitted wardrobes. Our installer, Jordan, did a fantastic job too. He was very professional, ensured every detail was covered, and even made a plinth with an off-cut which looked great! The quality for the price is so much better than what we saw with Sharps- well worth going to a showroom and seeing the standard.

WREN went out of their way from start to finish to be professional and extremely helpful. Not only were the kitchen units I chose good quality but also excellent value for money. They provided all the advice and support I needed. Their chosen installer could not have been bettered. I would recommend WREN unequivocally for first class service in every respect.

Apart from giving me the wrong threshold strip, which they will replace and get fitted for us; Wren provided a very good service from delivery through to fitting of our wardrobes and flooring. Our fitter was super quick, polite and helpful.

Jurgita Glaveckaite has been outstanding in her expertise and helpfulness. We are very pleased with the kitchen that she has designed for us.

Good service from start to finish with Guildford branch Jurgita. Knowledgeable and patient. Delivery guys helpful and organised. Had an issue with a door but it got resolved after sending pictures, albeit with the help of the branch manager in Guildford.

So far I have had a brilliant experience with Wren’s kitchens. My designer Andy has been very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the design process, now I am looking forward to setting an installation date and will review again once complete. I love the Guildford show room, the designing experience is fun with use of VR headset and my children and puppy loved hanging out there watching tv, eating a biscuit or 2 and endless supply of cold water :-) 10/10 so far :-D
