After several months of my house being on the market an offer was made ,but unfortunately came at the same time a change in circumstances meant l had to withdraw the house from sale.

When people say moving house is one of the most stressful experiences you may go through - I agree. However Louise and her wonderful team made my experience feel so easy. My brother and I faced the daunting task of selling a relative’s house from a distance. We entrusted this task to Louise and her team at Nantwich. We could not have made a wiser decision! Through many ups and downs for over a year, arising from an unfortunate sad event and a number of buyers who got so close but then backed out at the last minute, Louise kept cheery and smiling and encouraged us to remain as optimistic as she undoubtedly was. Her optimism was well-founded and, as a result of her superb professionalism and her sheer dogged determination to sell this property, we got there in the end – at a house sale price which was ‘right’.

I rang my local branch of Wright Marshall requested an email to be sent to me with a list of properties in 2 specific areas, gave the lady I spoke to enough information to make a rope long enough to hang herself, a nearly a week later NOTHING. I know I can check on Rightmove and Onthemarket but I find it easier to categorise in a specific way not in the options I find on these sites. These appear to be the least proactive estate agent. I told them I would have a property to sell eventually no mention was made of a valuation, again NOTHING. How they make money is beyond me.

Louise inspired trust and confidence from the outset, when she came to value our home. The photographer did an amazing job, and Janet had a wonderful manner when showing potential purchasers around our home. My main telephone contact was with Hannah, who was brilliant. At times, the process was extremely stressful, but she was always positive and encouraging.There was always a very welcoming atmosphere in the office too. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm to anybody wishing to sell in the Nantwich area.

W.M. Nantwich office has recently sold a property for us. The service, from valuation to completion, was exceptional and highly professional. The office functions as a well trained team and provided an excellent customer experience. We would definitely recommend their services.
