Poor service and response from this company which I have purchased from before. Having ordered a notebook 10 days ago I am still waiting for both the notebook and a response to my contacting them via their website and via email.
Wish I had read the reviews here first. Ordered 4 days ago and status is still pending. This is a gift for a colleague using group funds. No time to shop elsewhere. No response to email.
Have ordered from this company and received a confirmation email, and that is the last we have heard!
We paid express shipping, and this still has not arrived. Royal Mail tracking just states can't provide an update.
Have tried to contact them via their website with still no response!
Will be contacting paypal to claim my money back.
Happier update! After I posted this (good old Trustpilot!) the company got in touch and when there was still no sign of the notebook, they posted out a new copy first class and sent directly to my friend who is absolutely delighted with it. “A wonderful present” they said so all good in the end.
Who knows where the original one is, I’d have liked to see it as it does sound great but will take my friend’s word that it’s a lovely item and chalk up the delays to it being the Christmas post and from the sound of it just a small company with a great idea for a present for a writer. I would recommend them.
Nothing delivered & no response from company a shame as it looked like a perfect present and I was told item was on its way on 4th Dec 24 but still not arrived. Have contacted them twice now to ask where it is but no response. Tracking number they provided just gives "An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item" which isn't helpful and Christmas is fast approaching. Infuriating. Not sure if it's a scam (seems a bit unlikely) or just a reluctance to replace or refund (or indeed reply at all!). Probably best to avoid buying from them but I will update this if it does arrive.
