It was an excellent reminder of what was once taught and learned and provides tools and guidance required to reach perfection in future
performance - thus recommendable to all those who aspire these
kinds of professions to become professional.

As I have mentioned earlier so far my articles have not been published . Secondly being a full time employee I could not devote more time to do my studies. Hence my speed is very slow. At the out set (after going through the study materials) it is really a professional course.
Though I may be slow now, but I'll achieve my dream of becoming a free-lance writer in due course of time with due professional support from Writers Bureau.

I was honestly helped by this website so so much. i always have such a hard time coming up with a good plan for my novels, and happily, this time I could come up with a true story idea .Now it will be a lot easier and more enjoyable to create my own piece of work. I am hoping this story can someday become published, and if it does, I will look back and think about all the techniques I used to write it, and it will all come back to this. Thank you so much for the helpful information that made writing my stories a whole lot more interesting!

So far my experience of The Writers Bureau has been good. The tutor allocated is always attentive, marking work swiftly and fairly. The course work manuals are good quality and explain pretty well what is required module by module. I think however with hindsight I may not have chose this course if I had known exactly what it entailed. I had not really realised that it would centre around writing for and being published in magazines etc. I had hoped for a more creative kind of experience, however no doubt it is my fault for not being attentive enough when signing up!. As it is, perhaps with time and a little more experience I may actually send a piece to a magazine.

Disappointed by lack of responce to two emails sent to the Director, complaining of a lack of professionalism in assessing my first assignment. On reviewing it, i noticed 12 mistakes were missed by tutor.

Just completed the Copywriting course. Found the company very professional in all my dealings with them. My tutor Ester Newton was extremely informative, encouraging and I found her guidance most helpful, Course literature was excellent and hopefully, after following their guide lines, will soon be venturing into a new career. Great one to one feed back from personal tutor and useful course material

I'm just starting out with Writers Bureau for a second time (my own fault, too much moving around and not enough time to do it first time round) and they have been really patient with me.

The coursework is very informative, interesting and a real eye-opener to anyone considering writing for profit or even just as something to keep your mind active. I find myself sometimes struggling to think of things to write about but it is surprising how many ideas pop into my mind as I'm reading through modules, not always relating to what I'm reading at the time, so I find it very useful for that too...it puts me in the mode of thinking about writing and like a writer and once they start coming, it's a complete onslaught!

I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who is interested in writing as a career or a pastime as not only is it inspiring but it is extremely helpful to get solid, constructive criticism, tips and ideas from your personal tutor. I am a correspondence course fanatic, I've done OU, proof reading, administration, languages, you name it but I have to say, this course has been most helpful, challenging and enjoyable out of all of them.
