I waited 5 hrs to help their truck. I spent 200$ to help. I waited for them to meet me in tampa in 2 hrs. They owe me 165 for the airbag and 125 for an hr. I tried to help them and they left me hanging. Do not ever do business with this company. I am telling everyone I know to never ever do business with this company. They are psychopaths. Stay outta florida bc I'm also going to be asking the gov. to deny access to florida bc they are ripping off veteran owned businesses.

I've only been working with WTA over a few shipments, however, moving forward I am looking to do all shipments with them as I have found them to be so easy to work with. They're reliable, responsive and to be honest they take the stress and the guesswork out of it. It's lovely to work with people who feel like they're on your team.

I had been with my previous freight forwarder for many years and build up a trust with them, so I thought, but that was brought to an end once I was shown they were still charging covid prices for a year even though the prices had returned to precovid rates, so thanks to WTA for pointing this out, it was a no brainer, swiftly moved over to them, and have used them since, great service, communication and delivery, will continue to use.

Lantana Publishing have worked with WTA since 2018 and they have always delivered. Martin, Sharon and their colleagues have coped calmly with pandemics, strikes, stranded ships and last minute timetable changes. We value the fact that we can rely on them to work directly with our printers, handle our customs requirements and pull out the stops when a fixed deadline is fast approaching. They do not always update us as often as we would like but, in their defence, they do respond very quickly whenever asked.
