Tried to purchase a promotion, after numerous emails between myself and customer services where they suggested trying different payment methods, clearing cookies etc, I was told THEIR software was blocking my (perfectly valid) payment cards (including paypal) and they couldn't unblock it so I would be unable to make my purchase. Total waste of time

Used the Wuaki streaming service for the first time last night and was not impressed. Thankfully I didn't have any technical issues like some of the other reviewers, instead my complaint is that you pay good money to rent/buy a movie which is apparently in HD and get something that looks like SD with stereo sound.

As a regular users of Amazon Prime, Netflix and NowTV (I watch may too much TV) I know what to expect from different quality streams including 4K, and the Wuaki stream didn't hold its own when viewed on a 2016 Samsung Smart TV or an XBox One S. To add to this the stereo sound is a huge letdown when you consider that other provides give 5.1 surround sound on their streaming services.

I would recommend that you use another provider if you have any love of good picture quality and sound.

Keeps buffering making it impossible to watch a movie

What a way to talk to a customer ! after having problems when
renting and watching a film emails were being sent back and forward
a voucher was sent and I still could not get it to work .
(by the way I am not stupid and have rented films many times before)
The last email was saying the film was in the library all the time " as an
exception a last exception they would send another voucher BUT IT
WOULD NOT HAPPEN AGAIN !
How insulting as if I was trying to rip them off , so I told them where to put the voucher and I will never use this unprofessional company again

If you ever made a purchase mistakenly with them you will never get refund. This is second time this happened to me. I purchased a movie, within few hours without watching it I wanted to cancel the purchase. You can easily do it with Amazon and other if you never played it. But this site will not allow me to do that saying I played it. Although I didn't. Hence I tried twice to prove my point. And they did same. I think their site may have some software issue and customer service is arrogant. If you are paying same price for a flim it's better to use other providers. Never going to purchase with them.

Prompt reply to emails when there is money at the end of it. However, no reply when asking what to do or whether I could cancel my purchase when was unable to redeem the discount voucher.

Discount voucher entry is discreetly placed below the 'rent' button and once hitting the rent button the purchase goes through already - no pay button.

Part of Rakuten, Wuaki does not even compare with Amazon that it imitates as I would have got a response (and a useful one) from Amazon's customer services if same problem happened there.

I will definitely delete my account with them.
