I had an issue with sizing and was concerned about the expensive return costs, but Rezi was so understanding and genuinely helpful.

Even though it was outside their normal policy, they kindly organised replacement pairs for me without needing the originals returned, which I truly appreciated. The whole process was smooth, professional, and very customer-focused.

I’ve now received the replacements and they’re perfect! Thank you again for your kindness and support — it really made a difference. Highly recommend this company for both their quality products and outstanding customer service.

Customer service is excellent. I had an enquiry about the difference between teenage and adult briefs. They answered straight away with a detailed explanation. I then ordered the several pairs but got confused by the buy two get one free and ordered and paid for the wrong quantity. They quickly ammended my order. The order arrived very quickly too. Excellent briefs and excellent company to deal with.

My teenage daughter sadly leaked through her period knickers whilst on holiday where she was so embarrassed having gone through to her clothing and onto the seating. Needless to say she was wearing moderate knickers and had only worn them for less than one hour. This happened on a few occasions during the holiday where she lost faith in these knickers and resorted back to pads. I have now changed the brand for my daughter to body form to wear knickers during the school day, hopefully these will work better for her.

I’ve been using WUKA for years, but since coming back on my period after giving birth, it’s been amazing. I have my first night out tonight after becoming a Mom (14 months in!) and my period came this morning. Luckily I have a pair of period underwear that fit amazing (I use the stretchy ones) and hold an amazing amount of liquid, so I’m ready to dance and have fun with no worries at all. Just wanted to let you know how much your product has changed my life! I go out of my way to let all my friends know as well 😘

I have just finished my first day wearing wuka period pants. It was the most comfortable period I have ever had- no faffing with pads or tampons. I was worried when I pulled them back up they would feel cold and wet but it didn't at all. I wore them all day at work and no leak at all. I have just bought 3 more. I can't see myself wearing anything else ever again. Thank you!

Was a bit doubtful at spending so much on underwear!! But soooooo worth it compared to high street brand period underwear. Gone from feeling like wearing a nappy to not even knowing you have period underwear on ! I first got them

So thought I’d treat myself!! Wish I had done years ago !! Now own loads of pairs and styles , worth every penny ladies !!

I've been using my 7-day Wuka set for about 4 months now as I navigate the irregular bleeding schedules of the perimenopause. They're great for wearing when I'm not quite sure whether my period has finished, or worried that it might start at an inconvenient moment.
This last week they have also come into their own after a fibroid removal. I couldn't use tampons, and not having to worry about an awkward sanitary towel has meant that I can relax and concentrate on recovery in comfort.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Cannot recommend these enough! Amazing quality, comfortable and I and feel completely safe in them, no risk of ruined clothes.

I bought a few with mesh sides and they went misshaped within a couple of wash’s and the mesh started coming away and leaving trailing strings. They also don’t look great under your clothes. I’ve used modibod and the quality is far better.

The wuka period pants have been amazing for my Autistic daughter when she started her period aged 10. She has tolerated them well and we would not use another product since being recommended these.

Great customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and they fixed it straight away.
Pants are comfy and good for the environment and there’s a great of parties and colours. Great product!

Great product. Bought several pairs for my teen daughter and she very much prefers the security the period pants offer her during the day at school and during sport in particular. Good quality, easy to wash and I would highly recommend.

We are so disappointed!! And my daughter has leaked badly, various times, four months into using these and having spent over £100!

My 13 year old daughter started her periods 4 months ago. I wanted her to have a positive experience with no leaks or embarrassing accidents, so decided to go with a trusted and expensive brand for period underwear rather than cheaper alternatives.

The first three months were amazing - comfortable, soft feel, easy to use. No leaks. But the underwear has now started really leaking and only four months in!

She’s had an awful 48 hours. The first time she leaked a bit on to grey joggers only 6 hours in; then overnight leaked heavily all over her pyjamas after 11 hours; and then heavily leaked at school down her black tights and through her dark blue skirt - only four hours after getting dressed. The underwear has lasted 4-5 washes! Using the Teen Sleep Stretch Boxer Heavy Set, and also the school set.

I’ve always looked after the underwear correctly: washed inside out, on 30 degrees, with no fabric softener, never in the dryer, and left to air dry. Having spent over £100 on two sets - that were heavy flow sets - she’s now lost all faith in period underwear and is wearing them with heavy duty pads inside now!

I feel awful as a mother having convinced her a reputable brand could be trusted and she’s now had an awful experience literally a few months in.

I asked Wuka for a donation for my school's International Women's Day event. They got back to me swiftly and offered a very kind donation. Their manner via email was generous and supportive. A great company witha great heart.

EDIT - WUKA sent the missing pair despite me not being able to provide a photo of the pairs received (they’d been opened and used). I’m very grateful for how they handled this and I would definitely repurchase but will buy more pairs than I thought my daughter would need. Thank you WUKA.

After researching a lot of different brands for my daughter I went with Wuka because of the good reviews and 3 for 2 offer. I only received 5 out of the 6 ordered. My email to them went unanswered for a week until I followed it up - apparently it had gone into their spam folder (hotmail account 🤷‍♀️). Unfortunately my daughter had needed to use them in this time so I couldn’t take a photo of the 5 pairs sent as requested. I just feel a bit meh about the customer service, the pants also don’t hold neatly what they claim to without leaking. I’ll look to another brand next time.

Had a small issue with one of the pants I bought for my daughter. However customer services were supportive, listened, helped and understood. I would recommend to others and will be purchasing again from Wuka.

I’ve just looked and you’ve refunded me for the products but not the shipping THAT I PAID!!

I genuinely cannot believe how poor my experience with WUKA has been.

I ordered the exact same size I previously bought from Tesco, but when I ordered directly online, they were too small. Fine — sizing inconsistencies happen. So I returned them at my own expense, paying for tracked delivery so I could confirm they’d received them.

Tracking showed they had the parcel. And then? Silence. For 5 days.

After that, I received three separate emails over the course of a week, each saying a shipping label had been generated and my replacement was “on the way.” This was for a £70 order, by the way. Yet nothing actually arrived.

Six days later, I then get another email saying they’re actually out of stock and offering me a different flow instead. I explained clearly that I didn’t want a different product — I just wanted what I originally ordered or a refund.

Two days after that, they emailed again saying they’d “found” them in stock and would send them out.

That was 5 days ago.

I am still waiting. Since January.

So here I am:
• £70 down
• Out of pocket for return postage
• No products
• A chain of chaotic, contradictory emails
• And to top it all off, one of the emails addressed me by a completely different name

This is genuinely the worst customer service experience I’ve had with any company.

What’s especially disappointing is that I actually loved the pairs I originally bought from Tesco. However, after about 4 months of wear, I’ve noticed they don’t absorb nearly as well as they did in the beginning — which now makes me question the long-term value too.

At this point, I cannot recommend this brand at all.

Still waiting. Still no refund. Still no products.

Save yourself the stress and buy from literally any other brand.

Fabulous beautiful amazing THAT IS WHAT WUKA IS !!!!. I am a mtf transexual lady. Wuka have supported me not just physically but mentally as well. I always wear their pantees as it makes me feel sensually more femme!!.
Although I can't menstrate i was left feeling the love joy & warmth of true sister hood that only real women will ever know. I would happily recommend wuka without questioning the companies ethos of one big happy family no one is left out in the cold no one is rejected no is left with a feeling of loneliness.

I initially ordered the xs-l thongs. Being a size 14, I thought they’d fit but be snug, which I prefer. These were more than snug! Unless you wanted them to double up as a gastric band, they were too small. I exchanged them for the l-3xl and even though they fitted better around the waist, they hung down in between my thighs! They were 34cm from waistband to gusset. If you have a long body, they might be ok but for us with shorter torsos, they’re not fit for purpose. I got in touch with them asking if this is normal, explaining I’d only opened one packet and if this was normal, I’d just return them. I was hoping I’d received a faulty pair. They said they were supposed to be 29cm so I opened the other two packets and they were both 34cm!

I sent them back registered post and they arrived with Wuka on 22 Jan. I had to email them on 28 and 29 Jan to see if my refund was being processed. They asked for proof of posting and when I sent it, they processed my refund. Unfortunately I have a feeling if I had just sent them back normal post with no tracking, they would have denied all knowledge of receiving them.

They have really missed a trick here, missing out the mid sizes.
