Quality of products is very good but company is highly unprofessional
Made 2 big orders. I knew in advance that I had to pay VAT, import duties en the declaration fee and that was no problem to me. I had an idea how high the amount would be but I didn't know exactly how much it would be.
Received an e-mail and an Whatsapp message. The mail came from a weird e-mail adres, had no layout whatsoever, started with 'dear friend' en was full of errors and mistakes. The whats app message had a profile picture of a very shabby chinese person in a tanktop with a cigarette in his mouth. I ignored both and reported both because I thought they were spam (very unprofessional look).
It turns out both mail and whatsapp message were legite. The question Wuta asked was how much import duties I thought I had to pay. Normaly the seller provides information of the shipped goods to the carrier. The carrier does the customs declaration and I pay the carrier.
After several mails in very crappy english Wuta split the package into smaller packkages.I didn't have to pay extra shipping costs so that's a plus.
But today the last package arrived and its a mess. I'm missing several products and I have received multiple of other products. In total I'm missing for €50 euro in goods (if I calculate the difference between the double shiped products and the missing products).
I purchaged it on 17 februari and it's now the 18th of april.. that's a long wait.
The quality of the products is very, very good and it's certain that I will buy Wuta products again but I will never buy them at wutaleather.com again.

ORDER NEVER SHIPPED - I'M OUT $50.+
2 orders went ok although shipping was insanely SLOOOOOW. The 3rd was never shipped, no tracking, no response to emails. Dead f-cking silence. Im out $50. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

BOUGHT GOODS FROM WUTA LEATHER AND THEY USE EVRI WHICH NEVER DELIVERED MY PARCEL AND IS SAYING ON THEIR SYSTEM PARCEL NOT DELIVERED. I ASKED WUTA TO REPLACE THE PARCEL WHICH EVENTUALLY IT WILL GO BACK TO THEM AS EVRI REFUSES TO REDIRECT THE PARCEL TO MY HOME ADDRESS. WUTA LEATHER IS DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! BE WARNED WHEN BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!
