Incredibly rude and disrespectful. No respect for the customers and even less for the livestock. I also got a call from my bank to tell me someone had tried to spend a lot of money using my card details. This was the only place that I had shopped at on line. Fortunately my bank immediately stopped my card. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
