Love this brand. Quality is next to none!

Beautiful item, my baby loves her duck. Fast delivery.

Bought a romper that had loose buttons and I handwashed it once and the fabric around the buttons went even more loose. So I contacted wyld bub and they got back to me and said please give us some time to look this through. Since then I have contacted them serveral times without any help or respons. Today I emailed again and they answered that the time for a free Exchange has expired. So I guess they have put this in system So they wont have to help. Such a bad customer service. Will never buy again and cant recxo anyone to buy. No kind of business honor at all!!!!

Material is great, and my blanket is so beautiful! Got one for my puku pēp with her unannounced name on it and it makes me so happy when I look at it 🥰

An overall awful experience shopping with Wyld Bub. After ordering I received an email saying the item would arrived a week later than the estimated delivery time at checkout. I contacted to cancel straight away, they replied straight away, and said they would “contact the appropriate team who will review your order cancellation”, I assured them I did in fact want it to be cancelled and received the response that my cancellation request had been sent to fulfilment team, only for the order to be shipped the next day.

After my interaction with their customer support I had an inkling that this was a shady company, I then looked up the item I ordered and it is clear that is is drop shipped as it is available from many places at a cheaper price. I don’t doubt that when it arrives it will be poor quality.

I purchased a wooden carousel for my nieces new baby girl. I was unable to give it to her because of health complications. I contacted the company as it was damaged when I opened it. A little wooden ballerina arm was wedged in the bubble wrap and broken when it arrived. I received no reply and waited two weeks. I complained again to be told they couldn’t do anything about it as the return date had expired. I will not be using this company again. Absolutely disgusting, won’t even acknowledge my first attempt at contacting them.

Obsessed with the personalised chunky knit for my bebe 🩵 The quality is great, and the attention to detail in the stitching on his name is second to none. Would highly recommend!

Wow wow wow. I ordered this most beautiful well made Horse Carousel for my first grandchild from Wyld Bub. It plays a gorgeous tune whilst the little horses go around and around. They also personalise this Carousel with your choice of name to make it more personal. If you are looking for a gift that is different, well made, a personal touch and just gorgeous, do what I did and buy one. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you so much Wyld Bub. I’m so happy to see that you also sell this gorgeous carousel with sheep and ballerina’s. My daughter would like 3 children, 2 boys and 1 girl . Haha ❤️❤️❤️

I found this company on my socials when searching for good quality, toys for my granddaughter. She’s 4 months old and LOVES her Goose! It’s the perfect companion for car seat to stroller to crib. Super soft and simple and so well made!

Ordering was easy and the result is great! They keep you updated about your order every step of the way. I even got an apology for a small delay. The sweater is just so cute & the fabric is nice & soft! The letters are very beautiful! Would order again!

I’ve ordered two personalised sweaters and a standard one, only the standard one has arrived and they don’t even bother to respond any of my emails. I am truly disappointed, thought it was a lovely present for newborns and was planning to buy from them regularly, but definitely they are not reliable and if there is an issue they don’t take any responsibility.
