I was disappointed with the quality of the goods and service. Goods arrived in cheap plastic bag and a plain brown box and are nothing special. The cuddle duck, was misshapen and in a cheap plastic packaging.
I also ordered the crane blanket, the colour of a blanket was advertised as khaki but definitely looked more pink. I queried this and sent photos but response from the company was that it was the correct item ordered therefore I was not offered an exchange or refund. The quality is also not that great either and as it wasnt folded well so is creased. The items are for a baby shower and I do not know the gender so now unable to give the blanket. Out of pocket by £38 unless the baby is a girl.
I would not recommend this company and certainly won't be buying from them again.

I ordered a custom sweater and blanket and both items were made and shipped fast! Not to mention, the quality of both items are absolutely beautiful!!

I would give a score of zero if possible. I bought what I thought was a lovely blanket for my newly born granddaughter. When it arrived it was so thin and average quality at best. It was so small that it was put through the letterbox. It was quite expensive for what I thought I was but for the actual item it was a ridiculous price. I contacted the customer services to ask for a refund and was immediately sent an AI reply. A couple of days later I received a proper email telling me to send it back to Australia at my own expense and I could have a credit note! If something is sold to a customer in the UK, Uk consumer law should apply.
I feel extremely cheated as it will cost a lot to send it to Australia. Do not touch this company with a barge pole.

We ordered a custom sweater on 1/16/26, for our baby girl that’s coming very soon! It arrived today, 2/2/26. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and production of this item. Not only is it soft and a good weight, it’s cute and cozy as well. I know that she will look great and have many “outfits of the day”inspired looks for this piece. Fast shipping for custom work. Gorgeous personalised jumper I’m really happy with the quality, they had lots of colours to choose from and I’m so pleased with how it turned out. I did pay to skip the queue to try and get it faster, they couldn’t accommodate due to a high volume of orders but did refund the additional charge to me. So although it took a little longer than I had hoped I appreciated the good communication and the honesty to manage expectations.

Bought a lovely sweater for our daughter. Colours were perfect, they have a great selection to really make it custom. The sweater is great quality and fits a little loose so she doesn’t grow out of it too quickly. We love ours and plan to buy more in the future! It’ll be a nice keepsake once it no longer fits.
