Something's hinky here

Something's hinky here. Wyomingregisteredagent.com copyrights it's content (2025) as belonging to "Wyoming Registered Agent Inc". The company by that name is registered as dissolved and in default on their taxes. The building they say they own is on the Registered Agents roster with a different business name (Sage International). That business, meanwhile, lists a different address and says it's foreign. This is a shell game I will be avoiding.
