Ho acquistato un computer presso XDS…

Ho acquistato un computer presso XDS Solutions di circa 5000£ (pound) con installata una partizione mac os x con la garanzia di assistenza di 3 anni dall'acquisto. Il computer ha funzionato fino a un problema software e ora la partizione è inattiva. Ho chiesto loro assistenza direttamente all'indirizzo email dell'azienda e a quello che si trova nel loro negozio online su eBay. Mi hanno completamente ignorato.
Basta questo per capire come siete trattati nonostante un acquisto professionale e i miei soldi non erano di certo noccioline.

I've bought 2 years and half ago an Hackintosh at XDS Solutions (5000£ ca) and I got a mac osx boot issues. I tried to contact them via regular email and their eBay.com contact but they completely ignored me, although they offered me 3 years warranty. That's what your money worth for them. They are just pickpockets UK pirates.
I have all proofs of purchase just in case!
