Trying to contact xemenry to ask why when ordering from AliExpress it says it's from the USA, but on my parcel it's from China! Clicked onto the USA email address and takes you to a stupid slot machine app? Throwing these capsules in the bin could have anything in them??? Has anyone else tried xemenry corti-sooth magnesium ashwagandha l-theanine? Thinking maybe been scammed!!!!

I bought some 60 mg Melatonin from Xemenry…

I bought some 60mg Melatonin capsules from Xemenry and it smells weird and it took nearly 4 weeto get to me. I’m not going to take any! I should have looked this up before buying it. I know I bought it in August but I’m unsure of the date. It supposedly has other herbs in it as well.

FAKE SUPPLEMENTS FROM FRAUDSTERS!

Bought an Omega supplement from this company and then realised that the address on the advert was different from the address on the item I received. I decided to do some digging and found out that one address was for an empty building in Colorado and the other was for a company called 'Nusapure'
I contacted Nusapure and this is the reply I received from them -

"Hello,

We appreciate you reaching out to us about the supplement you bought. We want to clarify that we have no affiliation with the company Xemenry. We are sorry to hear about your experience and we thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Xemenry is a well-known fraudulent company that has been involved in producing counterfeit US supplement brands. We suggest that you also report this issue to eBay, as we have done previously.

Warm regards"

I have now contacted Paypal and the dispute went in my favour but they expect me to pay for return postage to China! The postage will cost me more than the item itself. This is how fraudsters get away with scamming people. Paypal does NOT protect the customer, they protect the thieves.

My advice is to stay away from both companies!
