I researched new sponges for my knitting machine and found that Xena Knits offered the best value which included free delivery. The delivery was prompt and came with very useful information on how to replace the sponge on the sponge bar.
I will definitely be using Xena Knits again. : )

Excellent customer service from…
Excellent customer service from Xenaknits. So helpful and informative. I have given 5 stars, although the reason they don’t/or can’t supply all the parts I need through no fault of their own, their focus on knitting machines particularly vintage ones having changed. Nevertheless, they went over and above to assist me in my needs and direct me to where I might get what I needed. I learnt a lot speaking to David who really helped me to understand the complexities of knitting machines and how I could maintain mine to a good standard. Chris helped me via email answering my questions as best he could through with only my inexperienced questions and photos. I’m Pleased to say that as a result I am making good progress in getting my tired vintage machine up and running. Check out their videos. Super helpful too.
