Once loyal customer but it’s terrible now

I once was a loyal customer of Xenon Servers circa 2014 when I went to develop a new server naturally I thought of using them again for web hosting and server host.

I had an utterly horrible experience with both.
Server Issues:
1.) Long ticket times some of OVER A WEEK before a reply .
2.) Some tickets went unanswered and were closed out
3.) They lost their license for the Control Panel software
4.) Poor performance and frequent crashing.
5.) Website was down frequently

I had to go to PayPal for a refund and they actually refunded me the full amount because that’s how bad it got.

Side note: their prices for web hosting are cheap but don’t be fooled

Xenon Servers Get your sh** back together

Xenon Servers Get your sh** back together,

Throughout my use of Xenon Servers I have had a mixed experience. I started back in 2016-2017 where I started to rent a Garry's Mod server with them. It was fine back then the support responded in 24-48 hours and they resolved your problem fairly easy. In the end of 2017 I started to web host with them, they had fast response times throughout my 2017 year hosting with them so I bought a second year. Throughout 2018 I started to see the company fall apart. The web servers were down for about 1-2 weeks with little response to me support tickets. Once the servers came back up the problems kept happening. Once a week I would be locked out of my FTP, CPanel, or SQL Server. The support would get back to me within that week normally with a fix but it cost my community quite a bit of revenue. Now current day of 2019, they have not responded for a week, I can not get into any admin panel of my web service and my website is going up and down randomly. Luckily I backed up my websites. I will be moving hosts immediately, I no longer think this company is a trustworthy host and I would not waste my time with them.
