We have been working with Xigen for the past three years and could not say enough praise about them. They initially took over a re-design of our branded websites and helped us with day to day maintenance.

Xigen were tasked with redesigning and developing our SAAS platforms notification emails as well as designing a new weekly digest email. We gave them creative freedom within our brand guidlines as we werent sure exactly what would give us the best results in terms of design.

Xigen very quickly came back with multiple fantastic designs which we then collaborated on to refine the final product. They then got their internal development team to build the templates which were coded to a very high standard.

Since moving over to Xigen, it has made my job a lot easier and less stressful. Lewis, Leo, Sam and the team are always responsive to emails and calls, nothing is too much. We have 2 ecommerce websites, Magento 2 and Woo commerce. Both are well maintained and if we ever want to make changes they will give us an estimate quickly and get the work done within the time promised.

Hard to overstate just how bad this agency is. Nearly every piece of work delivered with errors over a period of years. Massive resource drain checking for inevitable errors time and again.

Be very wary of this company

They may look professional and they certainly make numerous statements up-front regarding how they can maximise the SEO following their design and development, however, this is far from the case.

Our company had a fairly oldish website that needed a freshening up, despite the product being ranked on the first page of Google. We met with Xigen and they provided an impressive presentation of what they could do to restructure and redesign this website. Key to us was the maintenance, if not the improvement of our natural listing on Google.

Following a difficult and long-winded project, in which key elements were not functioning and we had to carry out the majority of the testing of their work, we were left with a website that has eighteen months later fallen off of the cliff with regards to SEO and natural listing on Google. It has cost us thousands of pounds and has damaged part of our business.

Be very careful about your dealings with this company, it may well be a very costly mistake to take up their services.
