scammers!!! no contact with the company. my order did not arrive, no way to track the shipment.

Very bad this site is scam 100 percent my items still not arrived karma is real ..i order march 06 2025 until now my items still not arrived ..scamer alert ..

This company is a lot of thiefs. They are working with this people that scam you to buy stuff online then they send it to you but it never arrives at your adress. I bought sum stuff from a company called Sportsmans Warehousecosa.com on line olso a scam. Then this xinran courier sends you a tracking number trough this 17track company that stand as a third-party and has got nothing to do with the transaction then why are they sending you the tracking number and the tracking off your package . Then they send your the package updates aswell. Then you get a message on the 1st December 2024 to say your package is in your area and awaiting delivery. But then it's over. There is no email for them to get hold of and the company that i bought the stuff from doesn't exist. So please people don't trust this company called Sportsmans Warehousalesa.com in the USA or Hong Kong and please be careful off this xinran courier company. You simply don't get hold off them you can email them try to phone then or go on there website but with no luck. I was scammed.

I recently fell victim to a scam where a website posing as a legitimate retailer (Dunnes Stores) used XinRan as its supposed courier service. The entire operation was fraudulent. Here’s what happened:

The website appeared at the top of my Google search results and mimicked the branding of a trusted store.
After placing an order, I was charged an incorrect amount in a different currency by a suspicious entity (ACQRA).
The tracking updates provided by XinRan were vague and unprofessional, with messages like "Package in transit" or "Sorted at operations center." No real details or locations were given.
Despite claims that my package was delivered, I never received it. Attempts to contact the seller led to auto-generated, nonsensical emails.
It’s clear from my experience—and from many other reviews—that XinRan is being used by scammers to create fake tracking updates and deceive buyers.

Warning: If you see XinRan listed as the courier for an online order, be very cautious. It is highly likely the website you’re dealing with is fraudulent. I’ve reported this to my bank and consumer protection authorities and am disputing the charge.

I strongly advise against ordering from any shop that uses XinRan as a delivery service. I’ve had a frustrating experience where, after waiting 27 days, the tracking information showed my parcels as ‘delivered,’ but I haven’t received anything. I attempted to contact XinRan for support, only to discover that all of their email addresses appear to be fake. This has left me with no way to follow up or resolve the issue.

I bought shoes from a scammer site, and Xinran says the package is in transit. This service provider is not reliable and is complicit in scams.

Fake fake fake, tracking says delivered but there is absolutely no movement on any of my 4 cameras of a delivery! Also, who delivers at 9pm @ night on the weekend??? I want my money back!!! Way to ruin an anniversary.

It is nothing but lies and fraud. It says the cargo was delivered even though it was not. But I will apply to whatever I need to apply to for this company. To the international consumer court!!! Shame on you really!

There is a tracking number that shows my parcel is out for delivery. It's been 34 days, and I am still waiting. They are scams, nothing more.

I wanted to give a no star rating . I ordered some baby clothes from what was supposed to be a white company sale shop I ordered in May and have still not heard anything despite my constant requests for my goods or money back. I was given a false tracking information and an email stating that the parcel had been delivered at 4am but there was no one home! The family were in and we have 2 dogs so if anyone had knocked on the door at that time of the morning (highly unlikely!) then we would have heard

What a rip off !
This company should not be allowed to trade and I would love some to tell me how to go about companies ripping people off like this

Total scam! Waited 2 months for an item. Received fake delivery updates but the product never arrived. Avoid at all costs.

THIS IS A SCAM - I ORDERED SOME TOWELS FROM SAMMOSABBA AND DELIVERY COMPANY XIN RAN WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE COURIER. TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT RECOGNISED. I ORDERED TOWELS IN MAY AND NOTHING HAS ARRIVED. BE WARNED NEVER USE EITHER OF THESE SCAM COMPANIES.

Scammed by these thieves - croadclothing.com and XinRan. These terrible people need to be found and locked up.. I wish nothing but the WORST for them!!!

a bunch of Ripp offs. not just them but the the people who sold me an item. it's a group of thieves. from sellers to logistical. my bank is on the case. I'll never buy anything on line again. I hope they all rot in hell.

I placed order may it's august no reimbursement, no product, phn always busy, can't even deliver message to email. Says it's at my town n state but noone can find any such thing. Never received even an apology. This is horrible 😭 I ordered a bday present, need less to say ....this company is a scam.

Wish I could rate 0 this company said my order was delivered today on 8/13/2024 I race home because I was out at the time. It says on the website to track my package under DHL I did that and it say's tracking number don’t exist . Put my order number on the main website where I purchased and it’s still showing up under my orders but it says it got delivered somewhere in another county far away from me no phone number works someone been emailing me back days apart I’m trying to dispute this it’s now day 20 and supposed to come in 2 weeks or less express shipping this company definitely is scamming people out of their money
