Very easy to order from the website and I love how I can login to my account and see what I've ordered in the past.
All of my items are packaged and packed with care and arrives with no problems.
Every link I've ordered is beautiful and made with such care. I love the colours and the decorative metal links I now have many of each and change my bracelets every week.

I love this brand, not only for the yellels that are wonderful, good qualyty, diferent and originales. The stuff are wonderful and take care for the buyers. They are like a family. Very nice silver links, rubber links not very durable
Shipped in time and with great care. The silver and copper links are well made and of a very good and heavy quality. The rubber links however don´t last long. I own several and they always get brittle and the outer layer splits. It is really annoying, when links are affected whose colour has been discontinued. I tried to switch some with the company once, but they told me to get in contact with the orginal distributor, who doesn`t sell them anymore. So that led to nothing.So I don´t have a very good customer service experience, sadly.
