There are different prices on the internet from the actual shop which is confusing.

Great service

I was buying gas grill and all the additional equipment and it turned out that one of the ordered part was not that I wanted to have. After I contacted the service desk it was changed to to the right part. All the service including delivery and how it was packed was very good. I think I will do more shopping in the future.
There is one thing you could improve for the future - the cost of delivery is a bit high.

First time at Xl-byg at Randers. Loved the service from the moment I came had a employee always with me and trying to make sure I was getting the right things, my girlfriend even bought 2 pieces and the employee asked her if she knew that was 2 different sizes and he went to change it. Really didn't felt like any other builders shop, professional, attentive and you dont really see that around that often . Thank you for the amazing service Rasmus and Staff of Xl-byg

I ordered some building materials-forskalling and some gipsplader. I took delivery of them today and discovered that a bunch of the forskalling are torn apart and damaged.

I understand that damage can happen during transportation, but it was not a good feeling when the driver rushed to give me the invoice and said that everything was good with my order. Some honesty would have gone a long way. There is no way that they wouldn't have seen the damage.

I have been a regular customer in last 3 years and so far I had a great experience with the store service. Today it has changed drastically. One of the female workers have been very rude to me announcing (shouting) that I can't come in with my bag, because shop have a new rule, that doesn't allow to come in with bags and backpacks and so on. It could have been explained to me in a reasonable way.
That was the last time I went shopping there. I will not tolerate such unprofessional and rude behavior towards customers that did absolutely nothing wrong.

Hi . honest review here. first off , watch the prices- there is differences between the shelf price and the price you will pay on konto. and im not talking about moms differences here. i opened a konto and found mistakes all over my first faktura . have decided that its not worth dealing with this place for the majority of what i need . really expensive place aswell on the whole . i believe this company to be a dishonest company. unfortunately that reflects on the people who work there. this is my warning to others who choose to buy from here and i hope it helps you to be careful if you do decide to do so .

Our experience here has been exclusively good for more than a year. All deliveries are absolutely on time and correct. All employees take the time to answer questions in detail. If you want to know anything about colours, be sure to ask for Kim Nordenstrand. He gives absolutely competent advice in an incredibly friendly and patient way. You can tell that they really care that you, the customer, are satisfied and well advised.
