No customer service and bad product

Mpow M20s stopped working in 2 months. They didn't charge and the connection got poor. They don't even pair now. I contacted them and they ignored me twice. Their customer service is terrible. Do not buy their products because if your device fails they will ignore your messages 100%. I have now contacted Amazon which are helping me in resolving the issue.

No technical support, so don't buy Mpow products

Mpow technical support (support at xmpow.com) is completely useless. If you have a technical query about their product, they refuse to help if you didn't buy your product from Amazon. How ridiculous is that. I've never come across a more terrible company. All I wanted is advice on getting two multi codec-enabled Mpow bluetooth transmitter/receivers units to communicate specifically via aptx-LL codec (BH390 and BH259a are aptx, aptxLL and aptxHD-enabled but there doesn't seem to be a way of choosing which of these codecs you want as it automatically decides for you, which is annoying because I want aptx-LL but am only getting one of the other two codecs instead). There is nothing in the user manuals or online forums about pairing a specific codec. Instead of helping me or forwarding my query to the appropriate person, they asked for my Amazon order ID (which I don't have because i bought the units on a different online platform even though it was an Mpow official store on the platform) and immediately refused to help, claiming they can only help Amazon customers. Because of their poor tech support I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND buying Mpow products.

I've tried to get in contact with the support, but no one answers. I've recently won a giveaway on their community site, and haven't received the gift. I was supposed to get a 80 dollar giftcard from winning. No one is answering anything, I've tried everything but it's useless, really bad support!

Soured experience for average headphones

Average quality materials but headphones have lasted for a decent amount of time for the price. However don't bother with customer service that's not included and your time and frustration will yield nothing. They do not read emails properly nor answer your questions directly. Lost your Amazon number? Tech support won't give you tech support. Treated like I am lying and and trying to steal their precious advice, I would go somewhere better if that were the case.

Great sounding headphones and USB…

Great sounding headphones and USB headsets. I own one Bluetooth headset (H7 plus) and gifted a mono USB headset to my dad. Not a fan of the true wireless ear buds (m30 plus), but I rarely like things in my ears anyway. The customer service is great and they really listen to your reviews. Two thumbs up!

I purchased a smartband, poor material quality and just enough app support. This was until Apple released iOS 13: with iOS 13 the smartband never worked again, even after months, I asked for customer service help through the site, via email, via social media (I had purchased it less than a year ago) and they never answered! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO PURCHASE OBJECTS LINKED TO THIS BRAND!

Worst customer service

Worst customer service ever, not only products are not the best quality, sent numerous complaints due to the malfunction of the item when it was still under warranty and still haven't heard back from them, completely ignored, it's been a month.

I purchased mpow H5 headsets

I purchased mpow H5 headsets, April 2019 from Amazon. I loved them. In August, the left earpiece stopped working and recently, it will play via bluetooth. i get an interference / humming sound. I tried unpairing and pairing the headsets up again, which did not fix the problem. I now use the supplied aux cable that came with the headphones.
I can not find any contact or warranty information for Mpow.
Glad I only spent $40 for the headphone and will chuck it up as a loss. I'm about to purchase another over the ear headphones as well as the true wireless ear buds, but definitely will not purchase Mpow and will tell friends about the poor quality of the headphones. Also, I'm informing El Jefe (youtube blogger) who's review of the Mpow headphones which swayed my decision to purchase Mpow, about the headphones not lasting. Maybe he'll stop recommending Mpow products.

BEWARE, if you purchase from MPOW, expect no support

I used to Consider MPOW as an Upcoming quality Manufacturer and Seller of product, NO Longer. MPOW Sold/Sells an MPOW DS-D6 Fitness band of which requires an APP on IOS and Android to be able to work. When Apple Upgraded IOS to 13, The device/App no longer worked, when I contact the Seller, I was told that MPOW has disbanded that group. So, for all the people that purchased these, MPOW decides to Disband and no longer support. That is a sign of an inferior organization. BEWARE, if you purchase from MPOW, expect no support. Also, they only support Sales from AMAZON in USA, you will not even get a reply unless you can provide an AMAZON ONLY Order number.. BEWARE..

Every mpow product I've ever bought has fallen apart or broken after a few months.

Usb headset, cheap plastic on arms cracks and snaps after a few months

Bluetooth sports earphones - battery dead in less that a year.

I noticed the Amazon account I bought from was inactive and a new one setup. Lots of 1 star reviews for Their products and what can only be fake 5* reviews

Purchased an alarm clock recently via Amazon which turned out to be faulty. As soon as Mpow found out an upgrade model was sent FOC.
Cannot ask for better service than that!

I agree with everyone else about customer service....they are deplorable. I have made 4 phone calls, sent a photo. the product is working fine...all I want is a one little rubber earbud. Throw one in an envelope folks.

AVOID - earbuds stopped working, Customer service a disgrace

POOR Kit, wireless earbuds stopped working after a few days, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE on earth. Avoid their stuff, they promise excellent customer service but delivered none of it.....

Earbuds bought because I was going on holiday. Told to wait 48hrs and that was just for the email instructions - MPOW unprepared to replace earbuds.

Don't trust them, despite promise of 'VIP Customer Service' it is a shambles.

mpow worst customer service and products ever

i purchased a pair of mpow H1 bluetooth headphones a few months ago the headphones have stopped working and will no longer charge i sent 3 messages to mpow customer services on the 3rd email they finally replied and said please give us the order ref no and purchase date which i did straightaway but again i have sent a another 3 emails and they will no longer reply apparentley this a regular occurrance with there headphones and there customer services this is the first and last time il ever waste my money on mpow headphones dreadful products and dreadful customer services

Bought MPOW Red/Black Bluetooth headphones from Amazon recently

Bought mine from Amazon Recently. Apparently those are a best seller but don't buy their Red/Black Bluetooth headphones

I usually research a lot before ordering anything on Amazon and usually my experience is very good with online shopping. But I am very disappointed with this purchase. I upgraded to this product from a Bluetooth inland headphone and in comparison the sound quality is just awful. The bass sounds like screeching and my ears start hurting after a second of wearing those. It keeps disconnecting from my phone and the ear muff is lose from an end as well. I cannot figure out if its fault in my headset or do all of those sets sound and feel like those.

Extremely disappointed since it is a beautiful looking headset and I really needed it to work. I have been trying to customer support but haven't received a reply to my email.

I am leaving 1 star because of the horrible customer service. Even if I accidentally got a faulty piece then the company ought to help me in getting replaced a set which works right but for now my $35 are down in gutter.

I am mad furious and will strongly recommend NOT BUYING MPOW HEADPHONES. Instead buy headphones from somewhere who will return or replace your headset. Or even better, NOT SEND YOU A DAMAGED & HORRIFYING pair in the first place!
