Avoid this bunch like the plague. They have been kicked from Amazon market place for fake reviews and as a result will not honour their warranties for anything purchased from Amazon. I have been left with faulty earbuds that are destined for landfill.

We had the same experience with MPOW. The headphones we purchased from them had a defect. We had registered for the warranty and timely made a claim. Their number doesn’t work. They ignored several of our emails until they finally responded to contact Amazon. Yet, they are continuing to email us with their marketing materials on a daily basis. Their warranty is a deceptive lie. I will never order from them again.

As with others on here bought through mpow store on amazon, had issue with a ear bud had registered my warranty on there website as warranty card came with the item, basically said they don't deal with amazon orders and to contact the seller (which was themselves)....... which I did, STAY WELL CLEAR

Stay clear!
As with other reviews, my headphones no longer charge after a few months light use. They had been registed with MPOW for the apparant extended warranty. I have completed a warranty claim and also been in direct communication with their customer services who initially directed me back to Amazon and now just completely ignore the warranty claim.

Only a month of use before it stopped charging and no customer service to be found
The sound quality and fit were great on my new wireless earbuds but then after 1 mo of use it didn't charge and I have tried emailing 3 different emails, and the number provided says it is disconnected. After reading reviews on here I'm not to hopeful to get the warranty fulfilled or receive any contact.
Update: I finally found an email that worked to get in contact with customer service. They told me to try a few different things to fix it and when that didn't work they refunded me. I gave a star back for their customer service.

Ended up as a scam
T:ldr the extended warranty is a lie.
Full explanation:
The great deal I thought I'd got, ended up being a scam.
I got the Mpow M30 earbuds. I got 8 months of use out of them before they started making crackling noises constantly. However, I was happy I'd got Mpows and registered them on the official website for their 2-year warranty.
When I tried to ask for help troubleshooting to see if the earbuds were salvageable I got this reply:
Dear customer,
Thank you for your email. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Please kindly note that all the warranty policy including the 2-year extended warranty belongs to the seller on Amazon which you bought the item directly from. So please contact the Amazon seller directly for your warranty or contact the amazon customer service to see if you can still get a refund. We can not provide any support for your Amazon orders.
Thank you for your understanding.
I purchased the earbuds from the Mpow Store on Amazon that is now unavailable. Even though I got them from the official Mpow Store, they can hide behind the fact that the purchase was made on Amazon.

If there is any problem on the order, you can not resolve. I received one of two items on my order. The contact phone # listed for support is a non working number and the email address is no good either. Your only recourse will be to dispute charges on you card.

No more warranty service
Apparently they started out ok but quality tanked and now they have been booted off Amazon they are still willing to make it look like your Earbuds are warranted right up until yours die and you ask for replacements. Then suddenly the warranty was the now defunct Amazon seller's problem all along...in spite of the fact that they allowed me to register the product on mpow's website using the Amazon order number. Don't trust this fly-by-night operation.

After 9 months of ownership the headphones I purchased via Amazon will not turn on via the 'on' switch rendering them useless. When I purchased the headphones I contacted MPOW to get my free 2 year warranty. Having this week contacted MPOW i received the following reply 'Please kindly note that all the warranty policy including the 2-year extended warranty belongs to the seller on Amazon which you bought the item directly from. MPOW appears to be a Micky Mouse company - avoid like the plague. Also Amazon do not come out of this unblemished. " second rate companies.

One headphone stopped working after less than 6 months. Contacted them for a refund and they emailed me back saying they no longer do refunds or have warranty’s for anything bought through Amazon, yet their website still has on the front page, how you can get a 2 year warranty by purchasing through Amazon and registering your earbuds. Definite scam.

Bought two pairs of headphones from them now, pair one broke after 8 months and pair two broke after 4 months. Tried to get hold of the company to get my money back through their "extended warranty" but you will never get a reply.

Decent Value & Great Support
I have had great support in the past. My H5's broke way past 1-year, and they still replaced it. H5 broke again (after a year) I didn't bother replacing them this time. They were cheap and I got what I paid for.
My H21 are still going strong, and very happy with it.
Their products aren't top-of-the-line. But their service is top notch, though it's not instant 24hrs. (I don't know what happened to those other reviews).
Headphones broke after seven months
Headphones broke after seven months. Impossible to get in touch with Mpow to do anything about this. I would recommend avoiding this company.

I bought these from Amazon six months ago. The sound was never very good, but ok for phone calls.
The right earphone stopped working, and after trying to contact Mpow, I found emails not answered, contact number is invalid. Don't buy their products!

No customer service or support whatsoever.
I purchased some wireless earphones via Amazon UK with a 2 year warranty and the right ear bud stopped functioning before the warranty was due to expire.
Initially I contacted Mpow via Amazon UK but they replied that Mpow no longer trades through them.
I emailed the company directly and via phone. The phone number listed is invalid.
ZERO customer service. I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from Mpow.

MPOW refuses to honor their warranty…
MPOW refuses to honor their warranty despite it being prominant in all their marketing. They abruptly cut off all of their support department back in August after assuring me that my replacement would be shipped within 5 business days. This company has been blacklisted by Amazon and is circling the drain trying to dump defective merchandise.
After 6 months of silence they finally responded, telling me that
"the product is no longer available Please contact the Amazon customer to let them return the refund back to you directly"
Except they have been banned by Amazon, so Amazon cannot issue a refund. They are passing the buck and still taking no responsibility for their own warranty.
