Great service from a conscientious team. Doors arrived much sooner than originally planned and installation was fast and hassle free. Highly recommend XRay.

We had been looking for some black aluminium replacement doors and windows for our downstairs extension that leads to our garden, and by chance I discovered XRay Glazing not far from where we live.
I spoke directly with the owner Shervin, explaining that we wanted to update our current white UVPC windows with something smarter that would compliment our new modernised garden. Shervin arranged an appointment for me to see their products that were made on site and helped me choose & design exactly what we had been looking for.
The process was completely seamless from the day of ordering to the week of installation.
Shervin’s fitters were exceptional !
Friendly, polite, professional and very knowledgeable about the product they were fitting - nothing was too much trouble.
We are so pleased with our new windows and doors which have enhanced the whole extension and frame our entrance to the garden giving it that wow factor view when you enter the house.
Shervin and his amazing team deserve 5 stars and we would have no hesitation in recommending them in the future.

We hired Xray Glazing (London), run by Shervin, to supply and install windows and skylights at our property. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst experiences we have had with a contractor.

Following installation, rainwater began leaking through the skylight, causing significant flooding to our ensuite and bedroom. Despite contacting Shervin numerous times by phone and message, we were repeatedly ignored. He only responded after we informed him that we would be contacting Trading Standards.

An appointment was then arranged for him to inspect the issue, however he failed to attend and did not inform us.

We have also been requesting our invoice for over a year, which has never been provided. Due to the lack of response and loss of trust, we instructed a reputable independent window company to inspect the installation. We had specifically ordered and paid for Cortizo windows, however it was confirmed that a cheaper alternative had been installed instead.

When we raised this and again requested the invoice, Shervin stated that he had done the work “for free”, despite the total value being approximately £32,000. This statement is demonstrably false, as we have full payment records showing the money paid directly to him.

It is also worth noting that Shervin only made contact after I sent him a screenshot of a Trustpilot complaint from another customer reporting the same skylight leakage issue, along with the message “I’m not the only one”.

I have retained all messages, photos, and videos relating to this matter, which support everything stated above. Anyone who has previously used Xray Glazing, or is considering doing so, should independently verify that the products installed are what they actually paid for.

We are now in court proceedings regarding this matter.

I called a lot of companies before I got to X-ray Glazing.
I wanted some large external arched doors made in a certain way. No one could carry out for job for me the way I wanted.
Enter Shervin.
Lovely guy, accommodated us and said he could fulfil exactly what we wanted. It wasn't cheap, but it wasn't extortionate either. We were happy with the price and more happy with the arched steel doors and aluminium windows he had made and installed. His team on install day were great. Friendly, knew what they were doing and very clean workers. Don't hesitate to to use X-ray Glazing.
I'll definitely be using them for any future works and get recommend them enough.

Xray Glazing provided the custom glazing for our entire house which included windows, doors, sliders and skylights. Our full project brief was difficult as it consisted of custom RAL colour frames, sliding windows, triple glazing, reeded glass, custom steel handles, corner glazing, glass balustrades and an extremely heavy walk-on glass skylight which required a crane. Shervin and his team made it look easy. They are true experts and professional throughout the process. From beginning to end, they are a joy to work with and highly recommend there services to anyone they requires any form of glazing. They treated our house like their own and to me they feel like family! 10/10!

Honestly I can’t rate this company high enough, my doors were not a straightforward change and involved careful cutting away the old . The transformation is incredible, I now have slick metal doors that open and close seamlessly. I really shopped around and found Xray glazing came in at a good price , yes you have to wait a bit to get them made , that’s usual but absolutely worth it. They even put in a cat flap in for my cat 🐈‍⬛.

Amazing quality doors which look beautiful in my living room . I was looking for doors for my living room for over a year and came across X-ray glazing which had beautiful doors at really good prices so I’m very happy with the results .

I love my skylights and crittall door! They look gorgeous. Apart from the lead times and not knowing when the items would come, but that was largely due to Covid, I was happy with the service and final products from X-Ray glazing. I would recommend them.

Worked with Sherwyn in the design and build of 4 sets of Crittall doors and a few antique mirrors in our Chelsea home. He was such a pleasure to work with and always aimed to please.
