This company is a scam, be aware of them.
I pruchased an electrict scooter in October 2024 with 1 year warranty. After a few months the scooter stopped working, while I've used it less than 10 times.
I contacted xsonly in only to schedule a repair given the warranty period, but they never replied to my emails nor my messages, completely ignoring my request and without answering one single time.
There is no phone number to call and they won't answer to emails, be aware and stay away from them.
I have order number and email correspondance to prove evertyhing I'm saying.

Great buying experience
Ordering process is fairly easy. Shipping is free and delivery was relatively quick. The soundbar came in a tatty box but the unit inside looks new. It works well for a refurbished soundbar and sound is pretty good. This the second soundbar I bought from this store and have not been disappointed yet.

Item damaged, No response
Our item was damaged. We purchased a pizza oven and the limestone plates were chipped. We contacted the company straight away and we also supplied pictures of the damage. We emailed 2 different email addresses which we found on the website and we have never received a response from either of them.

I purchased a computer which was advertised as new, it arrived on time, unfortunately on inspection i found that it was not new and had paperwork including instructions missing.
I contacted Xsonly and they immediately sent a return label and within 2 days i received a full refund.
It was not ideal that the item was not as described however the respnse was Great

Definitely give this site a go
Previously unknown site to me but great pricing, quick and well priced delivery options and absolutely nothing wrong with the product I received - looked almost brand new and seems to work that way too. Came boxed so no-brainer to purchase items on this site rather than a larger supplier of second-hand goods with subpar prices and delivery like CEX, or new on Amazon for the convenience - this is just as good
