Recently sold a Tudor watch to Xupes. Process was really easy start to finish, communication was excellent.
I dropped the watch off at their shop in Royal Exchange London, I received the funds in my bank within 2-3 days of that.
I dealt with Curtis who was great throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased a Rolex Explorer 39mm watch from Xupes via Chrono24 online store. The actual process of buying online and being a very expensive item is quite daunting to say the least. However my fears were unfounded once I had taken the plunge and spoke to Dan at Xupes who reassured me on all aspects of my purchase. Within two days my watch arrived safely in perfect condition, considering the watch was pre owned! I would certainly recommend Xupes for an enjoyable and safe way to buy luxury items online.

I’ve had a wonderful experience buying from Xupes! I reserved a bracelet and made an appointment to see it in person at the London store. Tom who met with me was incredibly patient while I spent a good deal of time looking at it and considering it. I wanted some more time to think it over and they had absolutely no problem with keeping it reserved for me over the weekend while I thought it over. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision.
I dealt with Charlotte and Eden by phone who were also very patient with me, answering all of the questions that I had. I found them very polite on the phone and they were always quick to respond to my messages.
I went ahead with the purchase and couldn’t be happier. They arranged for it to be delivered on a day that I would be in and the packaging was fantastic. Even though what I was purchasing was preloved everything felt as if it was brand new and just as luxurious.
I highly recommend Xupes and I wouldn’t hesitate to make another purchase with them!

No watch this time.
Buying a Rolex from this company and trading in a very good condition Rolex, I was shown a 2004 model datejust with a stretched bracelet, to be fair a used datejust will have a fair amount of stretch but this was unbelievable!
I decided not pursue the sale and the company refunded my deposit without any problem, which was excellent,I then found another model and on a closer look the platina was discovered on some of the markers, which was incredible as it was a 2003 model so again a deal could not be achieved.
I could not fault Tom who was a very nice guy and the experience was good.

Santos 100 perfection
I have just received my Cartier Santos 100 from Xupes. They have carried out a tricky repair on the watch & returned it to me in the most perfect & beautiful condition I could imagine.
The standard of finish on the watch is exceptional, both highly polished & brushed finish parts of the watch are absolutely of the standard you'd expect from Cartier direct.
The difference is that for this service I have been charged 50% of what it would have cost me had I sent it to Cartier. If you have a Cartier watch, this is the place to send it for servicing & repairs, no question.
