I have never dealt with any other pre-owned company that is so professional, so helpful and simply the best. Excellent item and even better service
I wasn’t sure about whether or not to make the purchase so I visited the head office to see the bag rather than buying online. I made an appointment for the same day and was met by Lizzie. First purchase from Xupes and excellent from start to finish. I ordered my ring yesterday morning and double checked that the courier would be Royal Mail as I noticed they also use DHL and unfortunately we have had a few problems with that courier in the past. The ring is an anniversary gift from my husband - fifty years! - I’ve always wanted a trinity ring and I honestly think the older or ‘vintage’ ones are superior to the latest models. This is the ‘les must de Cartier’ version. It is beautiful and fits perfectly.
I spoke with both Lizzie and Fiona - both lovely ladies and very helpful. This purchase is particularly important because my wonderful husband has sadly developed Alzheimer’s so I’m not sure how many more anniversaries we might have together.
I can highly recommend this company for those ‘special’ purchases. Thank you.

Confirmation details sent along with tracking message, as I was in Ireland I did not expect anything before next week - but it arrived ahead of time in a very secure package.
I gave the box to my wife to open and inside the box was a smaller box beautifully wrapped and she opened this and found the Louis Vuitton box and her present inside. She loved it and asked me which store I had purchased it from and I told her and she said that this was the best presented gift she had ever received. Better than if it had arrived from Louis Vuitton directly. Thank you for adding real value to my present, I will be back again soon.
