There should be negative star ratings

There should be negative star ratings! I use yahoo since decades to login to different sites, like games. Now the provider of my old phone seized their network. While login to yahoo I need a passcode which goes only to this old dead number, same for the old email. There is no option to provide a new number and email for MY account. The helper spins in circles, customer service not available. But I can receive emails and pass codes for the game, but never again login to yahoo. That's tbh extreme absurd, and their ai is a sickness, a best example how not to use it. Hence, never use yahoo again, it's your own fault to go there. There are other email provider with working customer service.

Rotten email service

Rotten email service! Got locked out of my account and upon answering all the necessary security questions, both online and via phone call; they still required me to submit my state ID. They’re so hungry for every bit of your personal data! Despicable! Never use this dystopian mail service. I’m short, screw Yahoo mail!

Never get yahoo mail

Lost access to my account, customer service talked to me like I was a kid. said it sucks to suck. Wouldn't reset my email and hung up on me twice. Didn't let me finish my question. Can't call corporate because they don't care about helping anyone. I have tried to get help. They denied my claims. Many times, they denied me access to my own account. I have provided more than once that it's my account. All they do is yell at me and tell me there's nothing I can do, so I can't stay on the phone and hung up. I am so glad I recorded everything they said. Yahoo would rather you lose all your information than help you. I recorded how they treated me, how they yelled and hung up on me multiple times.

David zBaker at Rocket Mortgage is very unprofessional condescending seems like he has an issue with women does not know the rules required for VA loans I had to school him on that. The only positive is that I was able to take the complaint up the chain of command and hopefully he sees this review and learns from his lesson you don't talk to your customers as if they're simple when they know more of the rules than you do and understand how mortgages work.

Such a large global company but totally…

Such a large global company but totally useless in time of need. No one to speak to, Just bots which take you around & around & around.
had a Yahoo.co.uk address which was linked to several apps & games. For some reason account became deactivated & due to it being a yahoo.co.uk address it is no longer supported by yahoo only My Yahoo & .com. Tried to contact yahoo on so called free number but charged at a premium rate but all options take you nowhere but back to check online for help. THERE IS NO OPTION. When I eventually found a way to contact I swear its just bots or people with no sense. Every response is that they cannot find my Yahoo address, DUH, that's why I'm trying to contact them. I sent screen shots of its existence etc. But no they still cannot see that but continue that it don't exist or that the account must not belong to me. I cannot sent a forgotten password as a last resort as Email address no longer exist. Yahoo are so useless I create this account since 2016 & it has been in constant use. Please yahoo if you do respond to this message it can only be a bot doing so, large corporations should have the means for customers to get hold of someone in person to solve issues when they arise.

Poor attitude

I phoned on behalf of my father who has a problem signing in on his email, the lady told me she can only speak with him and after telling us that there’s no one at their department that can speak the same language as my father, I asked for advice on what we should do next and she replied saying that my dad can learn English.

Yahoo mail format change is a disgrace

Yahoo Mail since they changed their format, is an absolute disgrace. If I could rate this less than one I would. This format change is nothing but time consuming and a huge pain in the butt. I am presently looking for a new email. I have tried contacting them and trying to get a hold of them as a bigger pain in the butt than their email. It is unfortunate because I have been with them for 26 years. It is so disappointing. Apparently they don't care. When I read the reviews on google, no one likes it

DO NOT PATRONIZE MECHANICE CHOICE WARRANTY

I strongly suggest NO ONE PATRONIZES MECHANIC CHOICE WARRANTY, BBB for an extended warranty as I found them to be dishonest, and an opportunistic business regarding their customer service and business practices. After signing up with them, I was informed I would be entitled to receive services a month later. Sadly, when I requested their services later that year, my experience left me feeling both exploited and disregarded. Upon signing the warranty agreement, I was informed they would not pay for any repair that was the result of an accident, only those repairs that resulted in from over-usage or “usual wear-and-tear” of specific parts of the car.
At some point, I was involved in fender-bender which did require my front fender to be replaced. Unfortunately, a week after the fender-bender, my Front-End Differential (F.E.D.) wore down and needed to be replaced. When consulting with the dealership, they were emphatic that the faulty F.E.D. was the result of its deterioration over the years and could not be the result of a recent accident, and they communicated as such with the Mechanic Choice Warranty consistently. “Phillip” one of the many representatives I was referred for services, assured me and the car dealership they understood this and this should not be a deterrent from me receiving their service and assistance.
From the time I made my initial contact, I was constantly asked to provide specific information about my car and/or its history, with the promise they would provide financial assistance upon receiving the information. I was also promised I would not only receive assistance with the part replacement but also reimbursement for my rental car needs. Unfortunately, this process went on for over 3 months, with the promise once they receive whatever information they were requesting that week, it would result in the immediate financial assistance promised in my policy. Much to my disappointment, Mechanic Choice Warranty never kept their word which left me in a worse financial & transportational state had I never received their phone call.
I am convinced Mechanic Choice Warranty business practice & goal was to extend my patronage by making weekly promises to provide their warranty services while simultaneously having no intentions to do so, all the while receiving my bi-monthly payments. I found myself making phone calls to Mechanic Choice Warranty, 2 to 3 times a week to get updates to my claim’s status. In doing so, I was both shocked and angered when I discovered Mechanic Choice Warranty had not created a Claims Number for me until over a month after my initial contact. Even after receiving my claims number, I was constantly referred to numerous departments within Mechanic Choice Warranty which typically required an hour’s wait-time before I could get someone to receive my call.
In retrospect, I can’t believe I allowed myself to be taken advantage of for so long. However, after a certain point, I found myself dependent upon their promises to assist me with my parts & labor cost as well as my car rental fees, which became quite substantial. Every representative from Mechanic Choice Warranty I spoke to understood this and assured me they would satisfy my debt as stipulated in my contract, as soon as they received what they requested “this” time. As a result of me trusting Mechanic Choice Warranty, I ended up thousands of dollars in debt to Enterprise Rental Car, who after continuous usage of their services, discontinued my patronage and have since placed me on their “Do Not Rent” list as my rationale for renting from them became suspicious.
I cannot express the levels of my anger and disappointment I have after 4 months of me receiving that initial phone call. When I agreed to patronage their services, I had no idea it would leave me thousands of dollars in debt, with thousands of dollars still to pay to get my car operational again. Again, I am convinced this was the intention of Mechanic Choice Warranty when they made their initial contact with me and I am certain, if given the opportunity, they will do the same to you. Even after I severed my services with Mechanic Choice Warranty, I was informed by my bank of their attempt to extract another payment. If ever business practiced the philosophy “Caveat Emptor”, (Let the buyer beware), Mechanic Choice Warranty would be that business.

Good luck to you!

Absolutely hopeless

Absolutely hopeless. Changed phone number means your account may as well be unreachable. Despite having the correct password, yahoo has decided I need to verify it’s me with a phone number and outdated backup email I can no longer access, and no customer support available to actually resolve this issue available. Pathetic excuse for a company
