It has gotten worse with Yahoo

It has gotten worse with Yahoo, all comments flagged and rejected if it criticized corporations or current president. Bias to the extreme. At least if Yahoo wants only comments that compliment them, they should post that in their guidelines

Why why why why did Yahoo change the…

Why why why why did Yahoo change the email design? I've had 2 accounts for 20 years and now I have to go and find someone else as the new design is completely intolerable. The email design interface is made by aliens for aliens. It's ILLEGIBLE and gives me a HEADACHE. Why do tech companies have to fix things that aren't broken? And not give us an option to keep the UX we know and love that worked brilliantly for decades? Just please accept you got it right first time, Yahoo, roll back the old design and give your design teams something more useful to do.

Now you'll get to pay for what was standard, nothing new.

It already sucks but with the new paid Yahoo Mail Plus, I with I could give it a 0 out of 5... what was previously standard and normal to be used now you got to pay for? what a greed... the one who came up with this idea should be fired coz you can't image how many subscribers you'll be losing. Keep up the shitty work.

IF YOU WANT THE OLD YAHOO MAIL BACK…

IF YOU WANT THE OLD YAHOO MAIL BACK THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT.
The Yahoo Mail Settings Option is no longer in view on the new Yahoo mail page as most of you have noticed, but it is there and here is where you find it.........
In the pane on the left side under "SENT" you will see "MORE" click on it and in the drop down box you'll find Settings and there's an option to switch back to the old Yahoo Mail.

Don't use yahoo mail

I've been a server admin for over 15 years. Until the last few years, I have been able to send emails from accounts on my server to my yahoo account and vice-versa no problem.

Now, when I try to do it, it bounces back with error code 451, and when I try to send from yahoo's end, it claims my server email doesn't exist when it does.

I try email addresses ending in other domains and I never had an issue, not now, not ever.

Yahoo has been messing things up for people especially in late December 2025.

Stay away from their services at all costs!

Asking for help isn't helpful

First of all you cannot talk to a customer support person. Second, their help page wasn't helpful for me. The number I found for Yahoo all were automatic, never giving you the option to talk to someone. I'm locked out and my phone number changed. No verification code can be sent to me.

Embarrassment

I am absolutely disgusted at the way that Yahoo handles customer service. Been trying to get access to my email address for months, after being asked to send sensitive information to prove who I am, I then had to pay for the privilege of customer care? Asked again on Instagram to get access and they were absolutely no help, then asked where I could make a complaint and they sent me to a feedback forum? I have had this email address for over 15 years and I am disgusted that this is how they treat they're customers.

Yahoo's AI comments moderation is blatant censorchip

Yahoo's AI comments moderation algorithm is ridiculous. No matter what I post I get rejected and my appeals are also rejected. There is no rhyme or reason to their so called community guidelines. Seems you get blacklisted for no good reason and then they censor anything you post.
However many posts are deragatory and full of misinformation and those pass AI muster.

Tried to log in to email but was denied twice, told to turn off stuff or use a different device. I have previously accessed emails on this device, which may be a bit old but that is no excuse for Yahoo. Rather it shows they cannot cater for all their customers. Happy New Year!
