I took my mother for a general examination, and a treatment plan was created. During the process, a filling was done on one tooth, but shortly after, the filling had to be corrected for the second time. Then they said a root canal treatment was necessary and requested an additional fee, which we accepted. However, there were issues with the root canal as well, leading to a revision. Later, they noticed a crack in the same tooth (most likely caused during the procedures), and this time they said a crown was required, again with an extra charge.
So, what started as a simple filling turned into a cycle of repeated revisions and additional costs. After so many errors and repeated procedures, our trust has been completely lost.
At the very first appointment, to convince the patient, they even made the following statement:
“The patient profile in the Kavacık area is problematic and gives us a hard time. That’s why we first test the staff who will work in our Kavacık branch at our Ümraniye branch. We transfer colleagues with good dexterity and high performance to the Kavacık branch.”
Making such an approach openly clear to a patient already reveals their mindset.
On top of that, there were also appointment crises, wrong times and dates, and extra time and travel expenses due to repeated revisions.
My advice: If you are considering choosing this clinic by ignoring the negative reviews here and being swayed by a few positive ones, I strongly suggest you start looking for an alternative, reliable clinic instead.
