recently purchase a lounge wear size small and it was WAY too small on me. I referenced the size chart on Yandy and I def fall in the Small range (I'm not even in between sizes) I'm 5'3 and 105lb and usually wear XS in most brands so I thought I'd be safe purchasing a Small. Long story short, the small is TOO SMALL, looks like I might need a Medium or even a Large so I called customer service for an exchange. The rep told me Yandy doesn't offer exchange - I HAVE TO RETURN THE ITEM AND GET STORE CREDIT AND RE-PURCHASE AGAIN. I'm ok with re-purchase except I have to pay shipping AGAIN.

They had a crazy season this halloween even though it seem shipping was slow i did receive it on the date they gave. Had an item that was too big they gave me store credit instead and process was fast. Thanks Yandy
Lack of Communication. No live inventory.
I ordered on 10/21/21 and expedited shipping for $22 to get it by the 28th. Didn’t see a shipped email so I emailed them on the 27th. By the 29th I gave up giving the benefit of the doubt just to find out that my order was canceled through KLARNA. Not even yandy themselves. I called and nothing. Emailed 10/27 and got a templated response that didn’t even answer my question on 11/1. You clearly don’t have live inventory on your site, fine. But at least send out notifications for cancelled orders or out of stock notifs for people that got to the confirmation emails. Maybe even offer a discount or something. You end up with annoyed and frustrated customers otherwise. Even if it’s out of stock, send the rest of the package.. don’t just cancel the entire order.

Paid overnight shipping and order delivered to wrong city
I paid for overnight shipping on the 10/20. The order didn't ship out until 10/22. This order was for a Halloween party on 10/30. The icing on the cake, the Carrier (UPS) delivered my package to an address in a different city than I live. I live in Moore and the package was delivered in Oklahoma City, at a side door. There is no side door at my place.
I sent an e-mail to yandy with all the information on 10/26 and I received a response today, 11/1, 5 full days after. I included documentation of order being delivered to a different city in email.

Please see attached documents showing UPS delivering it to Oklahoma City, instead of Moore as well as stating it was left at side door. There is no side door at the address.

MISLEADING (SCAM) SHIPPING
I did place my order on 10/25.. however they said I would get my costume by the 29th if I paid $22 for expedited shipping. It is now the 29th and I have no costume, I would have NEVER ordered it. This is BS, I want to be fully refunded, shipping included. They have terrible customer service, no one answers the phones or responds to emails. Complete SCAM

Late Halloween shipment
I ordered and paid close to $10 for shipping and have not received a tracking number or confirmation that it has been shipped. If over night is now $14 why is that not the first option instead of the the $10 option?

Fraud
I ordered my Halloween costume on Oct. 16th and paid for 2 day shipping. I never received tracking information or an email saying my package has been shipped. I can't get ahold of anything through calling the number. I will never use this again and if I don't receive my package will be calling my bank to say this is fraud. Not only that, but the portion of their website that allows for tracking doesn't even work #scam

I had placed my order October 12th 2021 so I would have enough time to wait for shipping. The estimated shipping claimed it would be here no later than October 22nd 2021. I never received a confirmation email claiming it has been shipped or any tracking information. I have persistently tried getting a hold of customer service through telephone and email, and still no response. At this point I do not even want to be a consumer of any of Yandy's products. I demand a FULL REFUND !!!! I WILL BE REPORTING A CLAIM ON THIS SCAM!!!

I spoke with someone regarding my package and was told i will be receiving a shipping email today and it will be here on the 28th. I really hope I’m not being mislead. My order number is 297962. Bad Experience
I ordered my costumes on October 18th, and have not received any emails with any tracking information or anything. The original email stated I would have my costumes from the 26-29th of October. It is now the 26th and I have no tracking information, no costumes.
Spent lots of money on this website to get my stuff in time, and very disappointed. Horrible costumer service, not answering emails or phone calls.

I’ve called no answers sent email twice and was sent the same response twice saying shipping is delayed due to a lot of orders. I ordered because it said two day shipping, now it looks like me and my husband won’t have our costumes before Halloween and now I have to try to find us a costume at the last minute. Definitely will not be ordering from them again.
