Let’s just say if I didn’t have to put a star on their site there would be none. I’ve tried tracking my package for days and it shows “order not found” . I’ve tried contacting them and immediately got hung up on after waiting 10 minutes. It’s been atleast a week and I did get the email saying it’s shipped. I have been trying to get customer service on phone or email for a return for an entire week. Calling and emailing multiple times a day. I ordered thigh high red boots and the left door is a size smaller than the right! My costume is no longer needed because I coups not wear it without the boots. I need to return and they will not respond.

Yandy is a fake website. When they didn't deliver my item I contacted support. It took literally 1 month to the day to respond back.
They refused to refund me, and they basically told me to go screw myself.

Totally Pleased with my order! I recieved my mens now you see me and my Dark sea Siren costumes! The material is awesome and durable. True to fit! I recieved it within 5 days of ordering! I would order again from them!
Yandy sells items that are out of stock hoping it comes in time to fullfill orders. They are liars
I made an order for two items. One came and one didn't. When I called about the item that wasn't shipped one of the reps let it slip that it wasn't in stock, then tried to backpeddle and say there was delays. She said the order would be sent out by the 14th. It never came .They are liars. They are selling merchandse they don't have hoping they can get stock in time. People are not receiving what they ordered .It's disgusting and shameful, they are greedy pigs. I called again to see what was going on and Yandy did not even have a tracking number for my otder. The lying representitive made a million excuses as to why my order wasn't honored, never taking responsibility for their poor business practices . The bottom line is they do not have what they say is available on the website. They will take your money and not fullfill your order. I have ordered $150-$300 worth of costumes from Yandy every year for 8 years. My birthday is the day after Halloween and I always throw a costume party .This will likely be the last time I purchase from them.

Ordered a costume oct 3rd , still no shipping update. Multiple calls and emails and nothing. Costume was over $100 and its almost halloween , just great.

There's definitely something off with this site, I notice the prices of the costumes have been adjusted to ridiculous prices leading me to think they have been hacked or something. It's showing some of the costumes priced at 46,565 bucks that doesn't make any sense. on top of all these reviews so glad I did not move forward with any purchase.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. I ordered my costume 2 weeks ago and haven’t received any tracking information and not even sure if it shipped. I have tried emailing, calling, reaching out on social media and absolutely nothing. This company is an absolute scam. Avoid them at all costs.
Order never shipped
I Ordered from this company before with no problems, so I ordered again. I ordered items on September 10th and the items have not shipped as of today. The tracking just says ordered confirmed. No response to emails from customer service.
Poor Quality and Customer Service
Item came damaged and I setup a return which was approved. It has now been a week since they received it and when I reached out they told me it can take up to 30 days to process a refund. So, not only did they send me a damaged item, they are now holding my money for 30 days
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Have never ordered from before. Placed order and now 4 weeks ago and still says 'processing'. Their phone says its broken and the chat box only lets you message them. The first email I sent asking to cancel they replied saying they cant because its processing. Its been another week and I cannot get in touch with them. Place another order for same product different size and got it 4 days later. HOW DO I CANCEL ORDER AND GET REFUND? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered 3 weeks ago, no movement on the order status, the phone number provided for customer service doesn't work, finally got someone via the chat trying to cancel the order, their reply was that it's not possible to cancel since it has been shipped already and I should get the email w/shipping info within 48 hrs .... been 3 days, still waiting, don't have the time to deal with this obvious scam website.
The disappearing company
Have ordered multiple time before with no issues. Actually liked the products and experience. Placed an order August 27 in prep for a trip in October. Spent over $200 because of prior experiences being good. I have received one item at random. Got a shipping notification on that one item a week after it arrived. Now I get cookie cutter emails about order fulfillment delays with no (ZERO) explanation or timeline for delivery of the rest of the order. I have tried emailing to ask more questions - nothing. Even in replying to the generic message about delays. Tried to call - that's a joke, you aren't getting anyone. Tried live chat with a robot. That's an oxymoron. Tried social media - radio silence. Are there real people that work for this company??
About to cancel and go away for good. This is absurd! If you have my funds you need to be supplying real deal information on what's happening. Not some form letter with vague info.
Yandy will definitely take your money. You just might not get much, if anything, in return.
Do better yandy. Or you might not make it much longer (especially from the looks of these other recent reviews).

Have ordered for years from here All of a sudden they cannot fulfill orders. Keep getting an email that they're working on it but that doesn't cut it. I am searching for replacements as my wife and I enjoy these products but don't enjoy being jerked around.
Tell people
"we can fill part order" or "you'll get it in x weeks" but just to string you along is unacceptable. Not giving you accurate info is very very suspicious.
