£30 delivery charge and staggered delivery with the first package carelessly left on my door step in full view of anyone not even wrapped up or hidden.
Second part of delivery still a week away.

Our carriers are specifically instructed not to leave packages without obtaining a signature, so this should not have happened, and we apologise for the inconvenience and concern this caused.

As a gesture of goodwill, we have arranged a full refund of the £30.00 delivery charge. We hope this goes some way towards addressing your concerns while you await the remaining part of your order.

Absolutely brilliant service from Yard Direct. The Keylite windows arrived exactly as ordered and the delivery was very quick. The quality of the windows is excellent and everything was well packaged and in perfect condition.
Really impressed with how smooth the whole process was from ordering to delivery. Great product, great service — I would definitely recommend Yard Direct to anyone looking for skylight windows.
